Tim Schreuder was fantastic he was so patient and he stayed with us on the phone for more than an hour when we called the customers service to fix the problem with our Zappi charger. Really professional and well knowledgeable service provider.

I like the design and the way the cable wraps around it. Unfortunately it is an unreliable product, it often has software and hardware issues. Support is always happy to ship replacement parts, so no complaints there. But they only solve the problems temporarily and you have to install them yourself. Because of the errors, the charging process frequently stops, so you have to go back to station and reactivate it.

After 1.4 years the cable stopped working properly and it had to be replaced (it didnt recognise my car anymore when i attached it).
While the charger had 3 years warranty, the only part that was being used suddenly had only 1 year warranty!.
Yeah, i didnt read the small print.... it said 3 YEARS in big letters on the front page, but at the bottom some pages on it said 1 year for the Cable.
So now i have to buy a new cable for 185 euro and break open the device to attach it myself... meaning playing electrician...

very very bad support...
Never buying another zappi again, or anything from myenergi.

Best charger in the market.
Nice design, sturdy and easy cable storage
I still have the one with the separate HUB controlling between Zappi, Eddi and the Harvi's.
Since the installation (done myself) almost 3 years ago still free of any issues.
Eddi is heating the boiler in the summer with the solar panels and Zappi controlling the car charging whenever you want to give priority.
Placed the loadbalancer coils on solar and incoming grid wires, following the process how the currents are divided without hesitation, even remote.
Their GUI (App) is still brilliant and very nice to watch.
Unfortunately I'm working for a huge Dutch competitor company and we're still nowhere compared to Myenergy.
I'm waiting for the Libi battery packs to have them installed next time.

This review concerns the BeNeLux company, as opposed to some of the other reviews below.

After a transition from a hybrid to a full electric car I decided to update my old charger to a Zappi little bit less than 2 years ago. The Zappi comes in all shapes and sizes, suitable for different households (1-phase, 3-phase, etc) for me the deciding factor was the fact that Zappi's can monitor your household electric usage and adjust the charge speed so that you never go past your household maximum.
A very nice bonus is that I configured the Zappi in such a way that it only charges at night (cheaper) or when my solar panels deliver too much energy.

A while ago the Zappi had an error (which can happen; for me it is more important how a company deals with errors) and I can safely say that the after service was amongst the best possible, Myenergy was always very easy to reach by phone and they came up with a solution tailored to me specifically which made me even more happy with the Zappi!

Edited review: After some terrible teething problems such as set up not being complete. I have finally got the Zappi V2 to work as it should. The faceplate doesn’t fit properly though and there are gaps. My biggest disgruntle is the poor troubleshooting in the manual. It doesn’t cover everything. I suspect I need a hub to register the zappi so I can use the app. I’m occasionally having issues with it stopping the charge for no reason

What an excellent company, would have no hesitation in recommending them. Great product and excellent customer support.

Failing to show up for installation or repair (2*!). Workmanship quality is poor (improper refitting on fuse boxes, broken mechanical connector).
Supportive prior to payment, after payment customer does not exist anymore. Meanwhile trying for 3 weeks to get problems fixed without succes.
Probably a nice product but a very poor service. Maybe spent 100 euro more for a competitors product and get a solution rather than a bunch of problems.
