Bought quite a lot of products from Zap over the last year
And I'm always really happy with the products and they're always fast to help

I ordered some holographic stickers and button badges and they came out absolutely beautiful! Their customer service was also amazing, as they were quick to answer any questions I had about design and cut changes and were very fast with replies. Overall, great experience!

My first order was a double-sided acrylic charm that ended up getting lost in the post office, and they ended up sending me a whole new set of charms with their courier without charge! They came in incredibly fast and were in excellent condition both looked and felt amazing! I ordered another batch, and they came in perfect condition as well! 10/10 service

One of the worst quality stickers I have ever had printed.

I printed 500 stickers, a mix of sticker sheets and die cut stickers and because I have friends who have printed charms with them before I was kind of expecting decent quality.

Never did I expect that the quality was that horrible and poor. Not only are the edges not cut straight, the backside was ripped and the die cut stickers wasn't cut to shape either.

When contacting their customer service they said their stickers are quality checked manually by hand. Considering we had over 50% of b grades that quality check employee is probably not doing their job or their standards in this company are just that low.

They didn't even offer to reprint all the sheets with errors, despite sharing images of the poor quality. I couldn't get a partial refund either, which I suggested as I don't really trust their "manual quality check by hand" and they only offered to give a discount for my next order. Which is pretty useless when I don't plan to use them again.

Will not use them again, will not recommend them, the only thing they have going is their low prices, however when you are based in EU and brexit makes UK incur EU VAT, the VAT makes their prices not that cheap anymore.

Go somewhere else if you want quality stickers of the bare minimum of nicely cut to shape and smooth edges.

The badges and acrylic charms delivered much faster than I thought, the ordered items were in a fine quality, it lasts for a very long time(especially the badges)and the price is understandable.
If you live in Europe and want customised charms, I definitely recommend this company.

I recently ordered sticker sheet samples to test Zap's print and paper quality. I'm delighted to say my samples came out looking fantastic on great quality sticker paper! They also provide great reference on how to set up your sticker sheets, which I found very useful considering these samples were my first ever sticker sheets. I ran into no issues whatsoever, and the cutlines were fine to approve.

I only went with standard shipping for the samples. They took a little bit of time to arrive (From the UK to Australia) but it was perfectly within estimation for international shipping, and they arrived in perfect condition. If you're aware of how to properly set up sticker sheet files and shipping times, you should have no problems ordering through Zap.

Zap continues to surprise me with all their new products and options popping up every day! This is the best place for making eco friendly options!

Great company to work with as a small artist! I love their range of colored acrylic to make charms with, something other shops don't carry. Print quality is always consistent and looks good!

I have been using Zap!Creatives for roughly 2 years now and they've never once failed me. Always friendly, always happy to help wherever they can and honestly the best company to know for making all sorts of charms. If you still need more convincing they also have great deals and discounts, monthly. What more can I say? They are just an awesome company to work with!

Had to Download GIMP so that i could format the stickers, but these people worked with me and gave visuals to help me understand any problems and told me how to fix them. The best part is their sustainable ECO sticker paper was brilliant for my stickers! They came in the mail just today, took longer than I expected, smaller than I expected, but definitely worth the money. Thank you so much!

i have ordered stickers twice, the quality is great and they are beautiful. Once there was an error in sending, I didn't get the number of stickers I ordered, according to my report, they were so super friendly and the missing goods are then even sent expressly to switzerland at no extra charge

Ordered a set of gloss vinyl stickers from Zap and I'm very happy with how my order came out!

I've bought their wooden charms, acrylic standees, and convention pack from them. Their customer service is fast and their products are all top quality. They will be my go-to for most custom merch options. I also appreciate the number of interchanging discounts they do. Tip, courier shipping is a little more costly but definitely worth.

I’ve used Zap Creatives for multiple years now and always had a positive experience. The templates offered allow for easy and detailed customization, and the art team has always been quick, thorough, and clear about catching any mistakes I’ve made with the templates to ensure I get the result intended. Customer service has always been helpful with any questions. The charms are sturdy and well-made— only two I’ve ordered have ever had the art chip off a bit after being carried around on a loaded keychain for a while. The print quality and saturation of color is very good as well. Shipping to America takes a while— often a few days longer than the emails project— but the worldwide shipping is free, and manufacturing has never taken much longer than a week or so. Biggest pluses are the option of sample charms and eco-friendliness.
