I ordered expecting delivery of 2-4 working days. Waited 8 days before item was sent and told 15 days delivery because of being sent from abroad. Way to long for delivery and miss led to believe this a UK company.

Awful company, sent a faulty item,agreed it was faulty however they couldn’t provide me with a returns label and won’t refund until item is returned ! Quality overall is also poor, nothing looks like the website. So it’s a scam for sure and trading standards should be closing them down . Wish I had read the reviews before buying. I won’t order again from them, beware ..

SCAM — avoid this company.
I received my package after the delivery date that was originally promised. By then, I no longer wanted the item and didn’t even open it. I contacted customer service, and after several days they told me I needed to fill out a form to request a return — then gave no further feedback. By the time they finally responded again, I was already abroad and unable to send the package back.

They still insisted on their 14-day return policy, even though they delivered late and didn’t reply in time. In every email they offered a 20% refund “if I’m not satisfied,” clearly because they know returning the product is more trouble than it’s worth — especially since you have to pay the shipping costs yourself, which would be more than the product’s value.

This feels like a typical dropshipping setup from China, with customer service that doesn’t care. Do not recommend — this is a clear scam.

It's frustrating when you trust the website reviews. I ordered a 3xl and I wear a 14-16, this should have fit according to measurements on website. I can't even pull the knickers up. There is bits of cotton falling off and the stitching is on the outside.

Wish I would have had a visit here to read reviews before parting with any money but like many I didn't. Placed an order on 2nd June still nothing has arrived emailed them got a reply with some nonsense about the order being "cancelled during transit" and that they'll "send it out again straight away" so highly doubt I'll be receiving anything! Luckily my order was only around £14 so not the end of the world but how is this company still allowed to trade when it's clearly a complete sham?!

Warning: Beware of sizing expectations! Zaletta sold me a product with incorrect sizing, and getting a return was a nightmare. Clunky process, dodgy communication, and I'm left footing the bill for postage. Took ages to get a response, and then they wanted my card details via email? Not impressed. Buyer beware! 1/5 stars

Quality is awful, nothing fits and you can’t return it for a refund as you have to return items individually to China! Which costs more than what you pay for the order. They shouldn’t be allowed to trade!!!!!!

Awful company! AVOID AVOID AVOID. I ordered a Kimono which upon opening looks totally different to the website photos, quality is extremely poor and the sizing is WAY out. On top of this, their customer service is appalling when trying to establish how to return the item. Has taken two weeks for them to finally provide me with return details after me having to chase them multiple times to then discover I have to send back to bloody China at my own expense which will most probably cost more than the item itself. After my experience so far with them and having seen all the negative reviews on here I highly doubt I would ever see my refund anyway so in the bin it goes as really is not worth all the effort of returning. Lesson learnt. I shall never buy from here again.

AVOID THIS COMPANY I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. The quality of products are terrible and the service is very poor. The cost of returning the products cost more than the items. For some reason they are saying that by purchasing from them I have entered a contract that means they will only offer a 20% refund and I keep the items, which are only fit for the bin! Or I have to pay a stupid amount to return them.

This Company should be shut down by trading standards as we need protecting (or foreign equivalent). I bought hold up stockings and I'm quite petite so the 'one size' should fit me fine...they just about came above the knee...nowhere near the top of the thigh normal hold ups go to 'comfortably'. The top was so tight it stopped the blood and when I moved the leg they went into a tight roll and would just roll all the way down below the knee if you walked. I took pictures that showed these errors and their reply was no refund could be made or the complaint be honoured as they match the website photo!! They are nothing like the website photo in terms of fit as the photo is of a tall model and they sit nicely up the thigh. They might go up the thigh of an 8 yr old child but that's about it! I said I wasn't satisfied and wanted the escalate to their regulator but they did not provide their details to escalate which is probably illegal to do.,..or maybe they are not regulated as they are a scam company. My only option was the leave feedback to at least warn others as they will just have to go in the bin. Interestingly, their website only has 5* reviews which is suspicious in itself!!!

Don’t buy from them. If you want to return an item they make you jump through hoops in order to deter you from doing so. They’ll then tell you the return address is “somewhere” in China. Will never shop here again.

-1 I couldn’t believe what had arrived tbh, a completely different bra suspender set than what was advertised, it should of had a skirt attached which was just 4 pieces of string, the bra bit wouldn’t cover a poached egg, the clasps were ridiculous, Please don’t waste your money on this corrupt site from China of which that isn’t mentioned, you’re made to believe they’re in the UK till after payment

Appalling quality from China. Colour of costume not as advertised. Conned by .co.uk after name. Never again. Should have read reviews.

Absolute rubbish. Their items are cheap and nasty and not at all like advertised. If you complain they’ll offer you 20% refund. So you get your postage back at least I guess. Do not fall for the pretty pictures and nice website.

Bathrobe: lining is no lining, fabric nasty, stitching haphazard. No loop to hang it, no loops for belt. Belt scarcely long enough. Premium price but belongs as a prize in a sideshow claw machine.
