BEWARE OF ZAKI CHARLES PHOTOGRAPHER!
The Bride, Groom and all the family are still waiting for Zaki Charles photographer to give us the Wedding photos and album from the wedding on 12th August 2023 which Zaki was paid for. Zaki has not replied to our letter dated 7th July 2024 regarding our request for him to fulfil his contractual obligation to deliver a printed wedding album from the wedding on 12th August 2023. This letter provided a WeTransfer link with the approved images to be printed and a request for a response by 16th July 2024.
Once again, the couple requested that Zaki print the images in the order in which they were numbered on the WeTransfer link by typing it into the web browser: Alternatively, to refund the couple £1000 as this is 50% of the Gold Package Zaki was paid for (exlcuding the extra 2 hours of photography subsequently charged at £300). This request is on the grounds of Section 52 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015- the right for services to be performed within a reasonable time; as well as Section 45 under the right to a refund. Enclose was written evidence of Zaki’s company’s intention to fulfil this service. The registered letters Zaki has received from us have gone unanswered and we are unable to get in touch with Zaki because he is avoiding us. It is now 21st August 2025 and still no wedding photos or refund!
