THEY KEEP DELAYING REFUND !
I have been a loyal Yves Rocher customer for years back in Morocco, but after moving to Germany, this experience has completely changed my view of the brand.
I ordered from Yves Rocher Germany on 29 August. As my flight was nearby, I called customer service to cancel while the order status was still “in Bearbeitung”. They confirmed the cancellation and said it was done.
More than 24 hours later, they still sent the order—which never even reached my home. It was stuck in the process between Yves Rocher and Hermes. Despite this, I am still waiting for my refund.
I have called four times from abroad (which is costly), and every time they tell me “you will get your refund”—but nothing has happened. Even worse, one of the customer service representatives was unfriendly, as if refunding me was coming from their own pockets.
If Hermes never delivered to me and the package also didn’t return to them, it is clearly their problem, not mine. I cancelled in time and was assured it was processed, yet I’m left chasing my money.
Extremely disappointing experience—unprofessional, unhelpful, and unacceptable for a brand of this size. After this, I will never trust Yves Rocher Germany again.

Bad customer service
They did not have enough items for my order but they kept delaying the refunds.

I accidently chose the "pay with invoice" method and was struggling to find the way to pay the money for my order. I could not understand why you make it so complicated for customers to pay the money to you like this. Why don't you just send me the invoice with the payment information and I will transfer the money accordingly?
As a customer, all I want is the information is as visible as possible instead of googling around for the bank account, reference.... AND the owner name of the bank account (the name is mandatory when I make the transfer and the bank account information that you put in website does not have the name, although I know that the BIC is the most important information, but it costs you nothing to put the name there, right?)

I ordered many times from Yves Rocher. My last order was missing 2 products and I wrote them about it, received an answer the next day and the package a few days after.

Worse customer care ever!!!!
I've been a customer for over 15 years and this week I asked (I wrote a very nice email explaining the reason why) for a package to be sent express as it was a very important present and had to arrive on a special day. I received an email saying they'll do whatever needed. And? Nichts!! Nada!!! The package still didn't arrive, even posted 2 days later after my order. This shows me that there's no personal touch for customers at all. This was my last order with Yves Roche. Game over!!!

Very bad experience ever!!! I ordered from the online shopping with an amount of 40 euros, and there was issue in the delivery, so i cancelled the order, and they didn't refund me the 40 euros!!! They are not trusted shop, they didn't refund me the euros

I would not trust the online shop, first time I ordered online, Hermes did not deliver and apparently sent the box back, but it seems the "box of beauty" was lost because I was told I could not receive it again due to products beeing out of stock...sending online ordered products to a physical shop (a.k.a. click and collect) is not possible...also, for shop employees that you can consult, I have noticed that they get worse by the year, so I would be careful with shopping in the shop too... it's a pitty for Yves Rocher, otherwise good products, really bad customer service...one advice: if you find a product that seems to work, try to stick to it and find out whether and if so when it will be "out of stock"
Good experience
I placed my order on 01/03 and I received it by 05/03. The total order was almost 40 euros, I recived Cuir de Nuit 30ml as the first gift, the second gift was a surprise and they ended up sending me Mon Rouge 30 ml and Mon Rouge Dushgel 200 ml.
It was a pleasant experience and with a good value of money.
IT MAY BURN YOUR SKIN!
We bought some gel for bath 3 in 1, that uses as a shampoo as well.
After using it my wife got into trouble with her skin.
We didn't know what's the reason for her problem until yesterday I used it. Only by itself, it's fine, BUT if you use any antiperspirant(used for many years, it's fine) with it starts to BURN your skin, literally!!! I'm not a Chemie expert, maybe it's some acid reaction, at least it feels like it!! You will experience your skin becoming red at first, then it dies, becomes dry, and falls off, and the remaining skin becomes brown. That's a terrible and painful experience. Maybe I should file a lawsuit.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! My package was never delivered to me, and they claim that I received it. They have no desire to solve the problems and help the customers! Never again.
UPDATE: After this review, the customer service of the company contacted me and solved my problem! Just received my package today. Thank you!
P.S. I increased my rating, but did not give the fullest score, due to the initial confusions and refusal to help.

Still waiting for a refund for out of stock products
I have been using Yves Rocher for a long time in France. Once I moved to Austria, I was happy to see that the company was there too.
I ordered a few times already but the last time was a disaster. I ordered online, paid with credit card. A week after, the parcel arrived, a few things were out of stock but not refund had been made. I tried to call the customer service, long wait, music and nothing. I sent emails. I got an answer : "we have already refund you". Which is not true because my bank/credit card statement shows no sign of it. When I wrote back to ask when, I got the answer: "please call our nice customer agent, we will help you".
Is my question too difficult to answer?
I managed to call an agent, my German is bad so I had to ask someone to talk for me. The agent told us we will have a refund within a week. Well, it has already been a week!
Ok, this was the last time I ordered, really....
Do not order online
Made an order on 23.11.2019, it is now 28.11 and have no clue where my order is. I have received no confirmation of the order being sent even though the website claims to ship in 3-4 days. I have paid the full amount but still no sign of my order. Clearly this is a company that does not understand the basics of e-commerce and is better off staying in the brick & mortar business. Customer service completely unhelpful. What a waste of my time. Would give 0 stars if possible.
