Paid for the World Cup package. Could not log back in within an hour. Their EU service phone numbers are not active. They did not send any OTP to my phone. I can not recover my password and customer service via email has no response.

However, they do reply, respond and act only to the trustpilot reviews. I now have the package I paid for!

My experience with YuppTV subscription and their support has been quite disappointing. I opted for a one-year subscription to watch the ICC Cricket World Cup, but to my dismay, there was no specific plan for the World Cup alone. I ended up paying 120 Euros for the subscription.

My intention was to watch the India-Pakistan match on my Fire TV, which I purchased just 30 minutes before the game. Unfortunately, the service didn't work when I needed it the most. Despite shelling out 120 Euros, I missed one of the most important matches. I spent a frustrating two hours in a live chat with their support, primarily with a representative named Prudhvi (21 oct 2023).

In the end, their support team's conclusion was that I should contact Fire TV support or my internet service provider (ISP). They suspected that my Wi-Fi was connected to an Indian VPN, causing the issue. However, I demonstrated that both my Wi-Fi and mobile hotspot had European IP addresses, while YuppTV's app on Fire TV was sending an Indian IP. This suggests a bug in their Fire TV app.

Interestingly, the YuppTV app worked flawlessly on the mobile app and an LG OLED TV connected to the same Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, the support team couldn't help me cancel my subscription or obtain a refund. I even requested a live video session to debug the issue together, but they denied my request.

This entire experience with YuppTV's customer support was frustrating and unhelpful. I shared my ordeal with friends and family, and none of them had positive reviews to share either. I've now found an alternative solution, and I've informed everyone I know about it, and they plan to switch as well.

YuppTV, if you want to retain your customers, you need to seriously improve your customer service. Otherwise, the day might not be too far when you'll have to reconsider your business's viability.

Worst support I've seen so far. We are based in Germany and none of the support contact numbers work for Germany / EU work. We paid for the world cup package and credentials don't work.
Cant reset password as otp is not sent to the mail. Reaching out to support email also doesnt help

They simply cheat
I paid for yearly subscription and soon after removed z tv channels and sun tv channels. Those were the channels they sold me the subscription upon.

They simply are a cheat.

Now they want me to pay more money for the same removed channels. I’m pretty sure they will remove those channels after getting the money.

They don’t even have the decency to refund the subscription when the channels are removed

Same as other people on here recently, they scam you of money for ICC World cup package.
My credentials don't work.
Cant reset password as otp is invalid when you try it.
Same problem by other people suggest that they knowingly didnt fix the bug. and scamming people.

Pathetic support service! I have been trying to recover my password through the forgot password option and even though I enter the OTP, I consistently get the option "incorrect OTP" and the reset fails. There is no way i can enter my account and enjoy the package I recently purchased. This is a sports package and every day in delay is a loss to me as I am unable to watch the sports matches. I sent too many emails to support@yupptv but no response, no ticket numbers assigned. I am fed up of following up.
How pathetic it is when you cannot even track customer complaints in your own support system but have to ask for registered details in this string as a response on trust pilot. Shame on you yupptv.
UPDATE
YuppTv sent me an email with a ticket number and a second email that the ticket is closed. The problem is not yet resolved. This is beginning to look as a scam since I still cannot reset my password and get the Invalid OTP error.
I have a very important sports match tomorrow and expect this to be resolved ASAP.

No response from YuppTv though I've written to them multiple times after they put in a reply to my first message in this string.
Ticket number #224674 yet unresolved

YuppTV got back over email with temp login credentials and I am able to catch up with my sports match

The Agent was very polite and helpful and assisted me right through my problem.

Pathetic service package. When you subscribed for yearly plan they give you many channels. But they remove some channels suddenly and ask us to pay more.
Now they started removing few content within the channel citing copyright issues.
No live matches.

Yupptv is a worst service provider, have been the customer since 2years, they take subscription amount in advance for a year, and after subscribing they say copyright issue and remove channel. My intention to subscribe was to watch public tv, they removed it, then they removed z kannada, now they are not steaming big boss kannada. They cheat their customers. Will never go for any future subscription. Very rude customer service team, you need to refund ur customer subscription money. Don’t cheat on hard earned money and fool people.

Horrible app, I subscribed to watch the ICC world cup but the app is always buffering and everytime I restart the app, I have to see ads. This is just poor management of the services and trying to make money off viewers outside India. How does this app gets streaming rights? No more yupptv and I will inform all my friends and online on this so that there will be fewer people subscribing here on.

I big disappointed from this application.

Issues as listed here under
1) I can’t login after logout with Sam’s credentials, even can’t login with FaceID

2) Reset password- I tried reset password and the otp which I received for 15 minutes validity, it give an error message in passport reset window saying “ invalid otp “ and I tried it multiple time, but same result.

3) the worst- support email I’d - I sent many emails to them but none of them show up and no one responded back at all

4) pr as well bizdev email I’d - I tried sending email there too but I got an email failure message, saying this email id not found.

In conclusion, I can say that this is a poor platform or seems to be a scam who just allow you one login and later you can’t login again if once you logout or you tried login on other devices.

Few years back yupp tv was one of the best service provider for online streaming. Now most of the channels are disappeared slowly. When I called the customer service, they says it is a copyright issue but why did they take full subscription amount if they are not providing the service as agreed

I had to change my yupp package and Mohammad Aseef from customer support was very helpful in getting it done quick

Please dont take any subscription from YuppTv. There is no proper support if there are any issues. Especially, dont take Aha subscription option from YuppTV.

Not satisfied with customer service
Paid in full for annual subscription but don’t get many channels, hardly get any response

They have deducted money from my account randomly although I haven't provide any consent. Also they are not responding to my mails.

They Debit Amount even for Wifi Change , Same device added to Twice and without asking us charged , and Subscription added in Mid of month still they debit On month start as It’s not pro data bases , so pls don’t activate On month end Better Stop this Non sense supporting Yupp TV , I use 4 OTTO platforms every time I stuck with Worst service , and do remember u don’t delink ur decide ur self u have to call Customer care , it’s really Shi*t in my last name years exp with different accounts.
