I pre-ordered Crimson Desert from them right before launch of the game. I didn't double check if the preorder rewards were still available in their description which led me to getting a Day 1 key instead of preorder. Was pretty bummed because I wanted BDO crossover rewards.
I reached out to YuPlay and explained my situation, and they gave me a whole new key that included the preorder bonus.
Don't see any other 3rd party sellers doing that for people. So definitely recommend them over the rest.
