Good company!

We had a fantastic experience with Gilbert Williams. He was very patient, explained things clearly, simply and solved all of our problems, all the while taking the time to really listen and answer our questions carefully and thoughtfully. I would definitely recommend this service and Gilbert in particular!

This has been my experience with youvia. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND SAVE YOUR SELF MONEY AND TIME... THEY WILL HURT YOUR BUSINESS.

They were supposed to advertise my company on google, I was dealing with someone named Manuel and the process alone took almost 2 months to set up I should have cancelled from the beginning as what followed were waste of my time and money and so much anguish that all this caused, I was told by him that any website should be fine until I paid the setup fees once that happened I was told that the website should be so specific that I gave up and asked them to build me one and that took so much time that the best time of advertising my company during the summer was washed away. he was constantly in meetings, training and vacation that I have my doubts on when this guy actually get work done, well not in my company he didn't nothing got done for a very long time that it felt he was holding it back on purpose, after many times trying to contact him I would call the office and nobody could help as he was the guy assigned to my project, youvia has shown themselves incompetent, unprofessional, after that I would be told his manager would call me and that never happened until today, when I called 31 times and never got an answer from this guy his manager, the boss, the big man decided to contact me and Said where's the fire, I actually thought that his manager would be a professional, just to find out that he is even more incompetent than all the others, said to me that he didn't like my tone when I told him I was firing the company and said either id change my tone or he would have it dealt with in a different way, to which I couldn't careless about his other way or his title so I just continued talking the way I was, than he said he knew about it all (the problems and all that) and when I told him that nothing I paid for was delivered he unprofessionally put the phone down in my face and went to check calling me back a few minutes late, said that extra pages to my website would take 14 business days when I have proof I was promised it to be delivered within 2 weeks, than he said to me that it didn't matter because he had a signed contract that held me till December, to which I have proof that I could cancel at anytime as per manuals email when he saw that he didn't have anything to hold me to this horribly trained so called manager freaked out and said we did our best ( what a BS response) as if he was doing me a favor... Finally im free of the worst company I did business with. I would recommend you use someone else as they charge you for what they haven't spent. RUNNN FROM YOUVIA nothing works when you join them.
