This company is obviously signed up with various letting agents who “encourage” you to use them for end of tenancy cleans with reassurances that it will be more costly & inconvenient to use other cleaning companies.
It cost us over £1,000!!!!!!! With YBC to clean a 4 bed house we left a lot cleaner than when we moved in.
However, our moving in clean cost less than half that and was an immaculate.
Also, their timings were totally to suit themselves and not their customers.
Look elsewhere is our advice.

I have used You’ve Been Cleaned several times, their service is excellent, I wouldn’t consider using anyone else. My oven looks like it’s new out of the box. 10/10, absolutely nothing negative to say, prices are always reasonable for the work they carry out.

Best company I’ve used for various cleans . 100% would recommend these guys.
Work is always finished to a high standard .

It feels like they don't have a proper quotation system since the amount charged for their serviced increased by 20% in less than two weeks for the same property. Had to use them because my terrible letting company wouldn't allow any other company to re-enter the property if the cleaning standard is not satisfactory. Complained about this and the owner responded rudely and they are absolutely unprofessional. Avoid if possible!
