Our YouRepair engineer arrived on time. He checked both our gas boiler and our gas supply. He worked diligently for over half an hour and we were well pleased with his efforts.

Today I spoke with Alex to renew my policy. Alex was excellent, she quickly made the changes needed to continue my custom for a further year, also discussing beyond the upcoming year.

Sales experience review
Your sales representative Ryan was brilliant extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful he gets full marks.
The loss of one star is down to the wait time to get through to the sales team. A satellite person eventually answered and left a message for the sales team who did return the call but it almost felt as though there was only one person dealing with sales.

You become trapped in this agreement
You become trapped in this agreement so that once they have taken the annual payment it cant be cancelled except within a few days of renewal. I am amazed that an insurance company is allowed to treat customers like this.

Had my first boiler service with Your…
Had my first boiler service with Your Repair.
The Engineer arrived on time after texting an hour before his visit.
He was thorough and tested many of the parts.
The service was about half an hour. After he had finished he went through every thing he had tested.
I would recommend Your Repair and hopefully they will not increase my payment for next year when I renew.

Prompt service on booked date, explanation of any possible future problems, and cleaned area inside and around boiler. Prices for contract are reasonable compared to many others.
