But this I had to share, so got my order 3 days late.
Reason why I had called and changed my address. So usps had a delay, so I called Yourlamode and told them, not only they refunded my shipping they also give me 15% off for my next order ❤️❤️❤️

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. This company is a total scam. Do not buy from this company. They will tell you your item is being shipped out, and the tracking will show 'label created' and never sent to usps. Total rip off, avoid at all costs!!

Failed to ship my order after I repeatedly requested them to do so. At one point I was informed that my order had been shipped only to find out that they did not. The USPS pre-shipment information is the only thing that they will ever sent to you and it simply confirms that they never forwarded the order to be shipped by the USPS.

Made an order but it never came. They ignored all my emails. When someone finally responded they said it was USPS's fault and that they couldn't do anything about it. After sending them several emails asking for some kind of compensation they said they would send me my order again. However, I never got it and have been ignored ever since.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE, VERY DISAPPOINTING, RUDE, UNRELIABLE AND A WASTE OF TIME!!!!

Placed my order 7 days ago, got my notification that it shipped the day i ordered it and USPS is STILL waiting to even receive the items to ship them! I've emailed, Facebook messaged (got the notification that it was seen so yeah that was ignored multiple times), commented on their Facebook post just a minute after they posted it, called & left a voicemail and NOTHING. Full scam. So butt hurt because this is supposed to be a verified seller for the brand Roma Costumes so they should definitely take Yourlamode off that list asap. They clearly self rate because some of the 5/5 star reviews say lightning fast shipping - LOL Save yourself the headache and look around for whatever you're tempted to buy off their site cuz I guarantee you can find it from another rave wear site ***Also almost had the same run in with RaveReady.com but they i actually could get a hold of and eventually got my stuff but i have seen reviews for them similar to this. SO frustrating!

So far my experience is not great with YOURLAMODE. I placed my order on April 21st and according to the USPS tracking, my product hasn't even arrived in order to be shipped. For the past week the tracking update has said 'shipping label ready, awaiting item.' I've spent all day on the website trying to contact a representative to figure out what's going on. I've called the number provided and no answer. Says "Google subscriber is not available." So.... if I can't get a hold of anyone and my purchase doesn't seem to be getting shipped, I'm worried I'll lose the $50 I spent in purchases.

Not to mention, the same day I purchased the black suspender set, I also emailed requesting a price match immediately after purchase because as stated in the website, once the item is purchased it can be requested for a price match if found at a better price elsewhere and I STILL haven't even heard back from that.

I'd feel better about this if I knew shipping was slow or read it in the comments somewhere but as far as I know, the item is coming from Irvene, Cali. Not China. So whats the deal?

I'll provide updates if I have any, but for now, I'm real disappointed in the chance I took on this YOURLAMODE

I honestly love YourLamode.com! It's super easy to place an order and They have free shipping! I wore it to a NRG this year and got so many compliments my friend even liked it so much she bought one herself! I recommend.

I was a little worried about the fit, but was pleased with how well it looked after putting it on. It was packed and shipped discreetly and arrived earlier than expected.

WE LOOKED EVERYWHERE TO FIND THE PERFECT OUTFIT FOR A PARTY THAT OUR COMPANY IS HOSTING. SOLID SELECTION, AWESOME STORE. Yourlamode.com is a great place for any event

The package was delivered quickly and the online customer service was great with helping to answer my questions. The only complaint I have is that the outfit I received was not the same color as the one in the picture. It was described as White Silver Faux Sequin Tie Halter and Hipster Short Set. There were no sequins, nor was it white. It was just plain silver. There were 3 different options for this, but the same picture was used on each, the only observable difference was the price. So, I wasn't exactly sure I'd ordered the correct outfit, which, it turns out, I didn't. However, the customer service was good and I like the chat option.
