Worst phone company ever
If you're thinking about hiring your phone services with them to save a few euros, let me tell you what happened to me.
Two years ago I went to a store and hired a phone line for me and another for my girlfriend. I've been paying for it ever since, much longer than I wanted because I missed the deadline to cancel the contract by 3 days. Whatever, that was my fault. I kept paying, but today I received an email from a debt collector asking for 387,24 euros. Whaaaat?
I call yourfone to ask them what is going on, since I have no debt whatsoever and no notification of me owing anything and the customer agent tells at me in German that I have to talk to a lawyer and that they cannot do anything. She won't even explain what happened, just yelled and hung up. Extremely impolite.
After a lot of research, I find out myself. A few months later after hiring the kind my girlfriend and I broke up, and she still paid her phone bills until she stopped doing so. Even though they had my and her email, address, phone number... They didn't contact me or her at all. She accumulated a debt of almost 400 and yourfone did never ever send me a single text message about it.
Now we had to pay, but it doesn't end here. Because of that debt, my credit score has gone down, and it will be on my records for years to come, which means higher prices on other utilities, but finding a flat, not being able to get a loan... Just because I wanted to save a few euros with this despicable company.
Never again. Shame on them.
