I was called by this company who told me that my current insurer was no longer providing life insurance (they led me to believe they were from said insurer). It seemed strange as my insurer had not told me this and were still taking monthly payments. So went through all my details and set up a new cover. I then checked online and they lied about my existing insurer. Out of principle I will be cancelling this new one as their tactics are shameful.
