We first made contact with Jack and Your Brand Reach via a social media request for help to build a new website for our business.
Having been badly let down by a previous company after paying a hefty deposit, Jack stepped up to offer us a lifeline.
Firstly, Jack has had the unenviable task of trying to get our massively flawed email system to work properly, and after spending several days systematically taking it apart, troubleshooting, and putting it back together, we now have a streamlined system that now works correctly.
With a "Straight to the point" attitude which we love, we Have now asked Jack and his team to design and build us a sparkly new website, of which work has started on it already - Cant wait to see the results . . . Thanks Jack 👍

I was charged 450, after an initial check and consultation done by Jack, who confirmed he can deal with my project.

Jack wanted 800, but we agreed to do it in 2 payments after initial results will show, which were meant to be authentic and organic views.

40 days later, after many inquiries and reluctant, rude responses.
My channel received 8000 views with ZERO feedback, ZERO subscriptions , " overnight." Horrible.
Absolutely artificial, that I could have bought for 30 dollars from a Chinese company.

This actually was HARMING my channel significantly.

I asked to withdraw, but received accusations, excuses, complaints and even threats if I leave a review.

I am allowed to leave a customer review, especially when dealing with a total scam.

I was promised A full refund, but did not receive it. And was lied to, that it was transferred already and there was an issue with the bank. Shame. Allowed to contact me for proof.

So here is my customer experience.
Horrid.
If they lie to your face, they are more likely buying the positive reviews being displayed here.
I am just happy I did not pay the 800.
