No regard for loyal customers - quality items sold by a declining company.

Item returned in March. Stuck with UPS and no movement since mid-April. All documents supplied, as required. Yoox seems to have no interest in resolving this and simply issues standardised, Bot-driven responses. Their customer service team is utterly dismissive if you have the misfortune to have to speak to them. Yoox used to be a great company, but it has no regard for customers if things go wrong. Credit card company has now been contacted to find resolution.

Very pleased with my first order

Very pleased with my first order. Product was as described and shipping was lightning fast. If you’re on the lookout for a particular piece that you missed from a previous season of your favorite brands, this is the place to look!
Note: my piece did come with a vinegar like smell. I washed it once and it disappeared.

Terrible customer care when something…

Terrible customer care when something goes wrong. My return has been stuck at customs for 6 weeks, despite my yet again completing another pro form returns invoice. No one bothers to update me, no one replies to emails and on the phone, people are rude and unhelpful. It s Yoox business model, sort it out, apologies to customers and actually respond.

The support of this company is useless

The support of this company is useless. In case you have an issue with the delivery company they will not help. There are many websites and apps for clothings. You can skip this one.

I order 3 pair of Boots in January

I order 3 pair of Boots in January.
Unfortunately they all where to small.
I returned these through UPS. Somehow they are lost? I contacted YOOX about 20 times send emails through customer service. nothing No reply ... we are talking about approx €400 euro!?!no a reliable company at all. Still in the process of trying to contact customer service!! But how? The shipping was in 2 different boxes both of them are lost.

Update on my previous review

Update on my previous review: YOOX is fine as long as there is no problem. However, YOOX uses UPS delivery which has deteriorated massively in recent years (see UPS trustpilot score and reviews). Consequently, the likelihood of a problem with delvery has increased a lot. In my case the package was heavily damaged (large hole) and an item was missing when it arrived (a day late at pick-up station, although my whole family was at home at the time of the alleged home delivery attempt). I had many email-exchanges over several months with YOOX and went on three unsuccessfull visits to various UPS access points to have the box "inspected" (as demanded by YOOX - but the staff at the three UPS access points were unable to do the "inspection" as they were not aware of the practice/procedure). In spite of having spent many hours to try to solve to problem and although YOOX is legally responsible for delivery failures, YOOX never sent a replacement or reimbursement for the lost item. After this grotesque experience with YOXX I can only conclude that YOOX's approach to delivery problems is highly cynical.
