Still waiting on wigs and they never pick up calls. OMG I can’t believe this people are scam. But you will face the rot of God if you don’t desist from scamming people of their hard earned money.Shoot!!! My $600 is gone 😭😭😭

I ordered hair from Yolova hair and omg the wig was so not human hair. It tangled and shedded so bad, it wouldn’t even hold a curl. This company is fraudulent and when I contacted them via about the lady was extremely unprofessional.

What do you expect? 3 wigs $59.99! Best wig company is Hairvivi, best lace fronts ever $300 and up! Great product but not cheap! Worth every penny

BUYER BEWARE - wish I had checked out these reviews before spending my hard earned money. This is such a scam company YOLOVU with fake videos and fake wigs - the wigs I ordered were so, so bad, I sent them the images as requested for a full refund. I paid a lot of money to return the products back tot hem. They got it, now they will not refund and I cant get my emails through. Its been. blocked. NASTY CHINESE COMPANY. PRETENDING TO BE A BLACK OWNED COMPANY. Either way - this is such a poor company out to scam us. Why doesn't Paypal block them from scamming customers, and get us our refund.

Hey! just go onto PAYPAL log in and see where the payment is to 'Hair Online Store' - and fill in the complaints section, and they will give you a refund. Just tried it and its being looked into - Ill get my $68.99 back but I still loose my postage back to China. Lost my money trying to look goooood!

Straight trash!!! I was communicating with them about a refund about the trashy wigs they sent me...I returned the no good wigs and attempted to email them and they have blocked me from emailing them. This isn't the end for sure....reporting them and giving bad reviews about this company wherever I can

I filed a complaint with the Government and because I paid with PayPal - filed a claim with them. Haven't received money yet but it has only been recent. Dont know who you talked to if you tried getting a refund but Ms Lin is a FRAUD Tried to play me by saying if I send everything back they would refund my shipping expenses and my money! NOT!!! My name is not STUPID! Then tried to give me 20% of what I paid - REALLY??? FRAUD ALL THE WAY!!

I received my 3 wigs for $59.99. None of them looked like the advertisement. No edges. Very thin. Cheap looking. It’s just an additional garbage item and a waste of money. AND I waited forever for delivery. I gave 1 star only because it was delivered.

The worst produce ever purchased!!!
Product took 2 1/2 months to arrive. Product quality below subpar. Wigs were dried out, bushy, and falling apart. Nothing like advertsed. Customer service emailed stating "they will only refund half the money because it wasn't their fault product came internationally." This company needs to take ownership for false advertising as well as poor customer service. Still waiting on my refund.

This was a..."too good to be true. The wigs on the website looked really nice some of the models displayed how east and fast to install the wigs. I was excited about the pixie cut wigs. So I I ordered 3 different styles. I waited alnost to the end of May. I started to be concern I saw the location as I track my package where is was coming from Somewhere in china. Now I'm thinking it's not going to ve what I ordered. Sure enough TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!!! The wigs nothing what i ordered they looked synthetic. 2 wigs look the same and the so called my wig looks like a grandmother wig. I will not purchase from this company again😖

Buyer's be warned. Yolovu is scamming customers. The products advertised were not the products received. I contacted Yolovu via email about products delivered which were different from my order and their excuse was down to their wearhouse staff sent the wrong order. I have never experienced how wearhouse staff will send out orders different from the item in cutomers shopping basket.

$300 down the drain. First, it took OVER a month to arrive. The company states it sould take about 12 days. So i couldn't wear it to the event i needed for.

Second, this is the most expensive wig ive ever bought.. and its the worst quality.
It arrived with hairs coming out and down through the lace, which tells me it will shed and be balding in weeks. I wish I paid attention to their website a little more. All the wigs have 5 stars.. but no one can actually leave a review.

Still waiting on my order even today. Recieved a tracking number that doesn’t exist. They don’t reply on emails and the number doesn’t exist when I call. So its a scam

This company is awful. I received my wigs. The wigs don't look like what is on the picture. When I received it, the wigs started coming out in my hand. It is very poor quality hair. When I respond back to them for a refund, they didn't respond back to me. I am letting everyone know don't get nothing from this company. It is rip off. They replied and claimed that they never heard of me. They are liers. Please don't buy anything from this company.

I ordered the bundle deal that is 3 wigs for $59 in March. It took a while to get them and when I opened the package I totally disappointed, none of the wigs look ANYTHING like it looks in the picture. They are poor quality and look soooooo fake. I am extremely disappointed! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!

Submitted a review on yolova.com...but they claim its not them and another site is called yolovu.com mimicking their site.

In another life I would investigate to see If the two companies are one and the same...but for now I will them the benefit of the doubt, but will advise consumers to be weary still

The wigs that were ordered are definitely not what I had expected or requested. The quality of the wigs were extremely poor and unacceptable. To be quite frank, I didn't even bother to try and fix or wear either of the wigs that were purchased and simply tossed them in the trash and took it as a loss. Additionally, I found that the models that wear and promote the wigs are actually not wearing wigs and in fact the hair is either weaves that have been put in their hair and the shortcuts it is simply their hair. This website is extremely fraudulent and I would highly suggest that no one purchases these wigs. They also have clients that purposely promote the wigs and will actually submit a positive review suggesting that the quality is outstanding and it isn't. If you want to waste your money, then go for it but I would definitely suggest that you don't.

Please do not purchase this hair through klarna the site has been hacked. If you buy the wig straight from them you will get the real hair but somehow they managed to hack it when you go through klarna. They sent me a new jersey address to send it back to but when I contacted the owners of the hair they said that was not their address. So the people who have the email address that says service@yolova are the scammers.
