customer service and timing
I have no complaints about the products themselves or the reviews on the website. However, the shipping times are extremely long, and when you contact customer service to ask about your order, they basically just tell you to wait without providing any useful information. I don’t think that’s very professional.
When I placed my order, the item was listed as in stock and the website stated that it would be shipped immediately. Instead, it took a full week before the order was actually dispatched. Only from that point does the advertised 15-day delivery period begin, so the total waiting time is much longer than the website leads you to expect.
If you need your order within a reasonable timeframe, I would recommend buying from a different website.

I love yesstyle BUT
I love yesstyle. But once you need the customer support because of sf express effing up every single delivery, it all turns to shit. Yesstyle should really put some of the good money they make in actual proper customer support. If something happens again in the future, it will be the last time i ordered from them.

Bad experience
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. My order #34653494 was returned to your warehouse even though I paid for it in full and entered the correct shipping address. I did everything correctly on my end, yet I never received my package.

Intuitive payment method
I've been ordering from this platform for 4 years now, and I really love it. I always order during off-peak seasons and avoid ordering during peak seasons like Christmas and New Year's.
I’ve gotten some great discounts. The only thing I’d change is to make the payment method more intuitive and provide more information about shipping options—24 hours, 7–14 days, or up to 21 days—since a lot of people get confused.
But other than that, I love Yesstyle.
