The bitter end
I have been a home coffee roaster for 30 years. The only reason I do it is to enjoy that first cup of coffee each morning.
Recently, my son gave me a gift of coffee from Yesplz.coffee. Here is where it all goes wrong because this coffee was so under roasted that it had barely touched first crack. The second I saw the beans, smelled the beans, crunched down on a bean, I knew that the people on the other side of that bag had no clue what good coffee was supposed to be like.
The aroma was grassy as if it had not been roasted at all. Bitter, bitter, bitter. It's a travesty when someone treats the bean without the respect it deserves.
I'm sorry YesPlz, but the people who you say are 'enjoying' your coffee, have really no clue what great coffee is. NoThnkYu.
