I am disappointed to not be able to contact this company ...I bought some himalayan string lights in October and the switch has broken ....Just been unable to contact them

Yeahiwantit.c iI ordered trainers from this company that were priced £34.99 but they also charged me £49-99 for a membership and I have also been charged £40 membership for a company I’ve never heard of that I now know was connected to yeahiwantit. Com,
I now face a card bill of £123 when all I wanted was a pair of trainers at £34-99
I’m a 77 year old pensioner and my daughter called them yesterday and they told her there will be no refund

I would like to thank my bank for taking up my case and getting me a full refund of my money and the other cost on my card , thank you

My mum, who lives in Italy, thought she was purchasing a backpack from a website in Italian. However, after consulting with me, we discovered she was actually charged for a membership. The website, initially in Italian, later stated that their chat support only covers "English native" speakers. She was charged €9.99 for a trial, which would have escalated to €44 if not cancelled. It appears to be a scam as it was misleading.

Followed a link for a desk extension that I was interested in, made payment then a second payment was taken for a different amount by a different, but connected merchant. Two emails received to say thank you for signing up to the subscription! This was not mentioned in the sales page at all and when trying to access links on email, they did not work. Finally found the page and after a few failed attempts I found a cancellation button. I feel completely scammed and lost trust in online buying as I have no confirmation that the item I thought I was buying will even arrive and that I have no idea if more money will be taken from my account without authorisation like they have already done! Really saddened by this underhanded way of conducting a sale and tricking people into large monthly subscriptions!

I order two puzzles and one game. I love the jigsaw puzzles (Grinch and E.T.). They are so fun to put together!

Well to start off I paid for next day delivery and then I felt like I was being messed around as you guys were telling me that Parcelforce had my parcel so I got in contact with them and they told me that they were still waiting for you to send it to them. And then I when I told the customer services this they conveniently sent me a 'replacement' order to try and fix their mistake. I don't appreciate feeling like I was being made a fool of.

I (impulse) bought a lamp and I couldn’t be happier! It arrived super quick, in good condition. Lamp was in original box & packaged in a bigger box with cardboard packing inside (instead of bubble wrap). Overall, really pleased.

Great service. I had a slight issue with my order but customer service were quick to respond and resolve the issue.
