Super awesome and cheap
After getting my confirmation email, I was slightly skeptical when I didn't get any kind of shipping update for the first couple days--but then I was proven totally wrong and was kept very well up to date on the whereabouts of my pink converse and they came in less than a week!!!!!!

Never got the shoes
Never got the shoes. I was told they were delivered and signed by some crazy name at an AMAZON facility. I contacted shipper directly and they argued with me via email saying they were delivered, but the UPS rep confirmed it was an Amazon, still and all, no shoes. I contacted my bank.
My not good experience
I ordered a pair of pink nike sweatpants and then about a week later I go on to check location and information and then I see that my order was cancelled. I emailed and asked why and I never got a response back. Don’t recommend.

I read all the reviews and was skeptical. While shipping did take around 8 days, I feel that’s normal. I’m waiting two weeks for a Nike order….Items were perfect. Definitely recommend.
Absolutely garbage.
First off shipping takes a while, after 10 days I had to contact to even get an update. Once I finally got an update I though all was good, WRONG. They packed seven shoes in one box and used zero packaging material. To make it even better two of the boxes were packed completely damaged. Customer service is trying to tell me ‘age’ is the reason for damage. What a bold face and complete lie. This company will not refund me without paying for the return shipping even though this was sent damaged.
This company are a bunch of crooks and the customer service literally is rude and doesn’t care one but about helping the ‘customer’. They have bad attitudes and zero want to help. I’m appalled I even spent money at a facility this trashy and they will NEVER revive another penny from me. I’ll also be filing a chargeback as this is not what I purchased and cannot get any help from customer service.

Ok so I had never heard of YCMC before but i was on a desperate search for a pair of Nike pro leggings in Laser Blue! I saw many reviews saying not to order from them but I took a chance because I couldn't find my size anywhere else. My order came in a timely fashion and I was not disappointed! 5stars!

I ordered a pair of Under Armour Micro G Valsetz boots for $40 cheaper than most places. I received them in less than a week. My first experience with YCMC couldn’t have been better!
You have to read this first.
Where do I start…ok.
1. They offered 15% off to sign up in their email, so I did to save a buck. NOTHING.
2. They offered $40 if you buy a $200 giftcard. NOTHING.
3. I emailed a complain about those 2 issues and the director(owner) called me presumptuous and rude(I don’t wanna name him) How can you be rude(or not be rude) about fraudulence?
4. There’s nothing I can do about the “perks” they offered so I let it slide and I just waited for the gift card to arrive(it’s a physical GC😒). When the giftcard delivered it has zero ($0) amount. So I complained once again.
5. It turned out that they have been scammed somewhere and that same guy accused me of being a part of that scam them. So pissed.
6. Their so called “investigations” goes on for about 2days until they can’t find anyway to link me to their idiocy, they give me my money back.. in stupid giftcard!
7. I know however I fought for it they still have the upper hand, they have my money so I accepted my defeat and deceit. I used the GC in their store. Only to find out that all their shoe catalogue sucks.
8. I used it anyway. It was initially a Christmas gift for my son, but because of all these shenanigans, I received the shoes by late January.
9. Take this as a lesson, stay away from this store, risking for a few bucks is not worth of your time and morale. The worst part is, you will not even saving a few bucks. There are good shoe stores out there, with better catalogue, better price and better customer experience.

I don't know what all you folks are talking about but I had such a good experience ordering some jordans on release day that I'll definitely buy from them again. Ordered Saturday and came in by the following Thursday.

Made an order a week or so ago, came here to read the reviews right after and got discouraged by all the horror stories.
My experience: the product DID take a business week to get a label created and shipped just in time for me to forget I even made an order. Their notifications since then kept me well up to date and everything from there was super fast. I don't believe that this is a huge company so I was expecting some delay, but the package arrived safely this morning and I'm quite satisfied. I would definitely purchase from here again.

currently still waiting on my order it has been 6 business days.. i ordered saturday March 12th it is now Friday March 18th… i ordered 2 things from 2 different websites the same day and both of those items have arrived at my home… wondering why this one is taking so long… been emailing this company but really barely any help..
Buyer beware
I ordered three pair of adidas from this company and that’s were I went wrong. One of the shoes looks like a return or used. The box had marker writing on it and the shoes laces were tied together like they were sold out the bargain bin. The date on the shoe label is from four years ago.
Avoid this place or you too will have a sad face.

I read the reviews AFTER I placed the order. I had to admit, I was a bit nervous. However, I am taking the time to inform you you that my experience was great! No issues at all! I placed my order on a Sunday night and received my order that same Thursday. I’m sure it only happens with certain orders only but I even received 2 different lace colors that match my shoe!!! How awesome! And IF you are wondering about the communication…..I realized that i forgot to take advantage of the 10% off your first order offer and so I emailed them about it and the very following morning. They acknowledged my email and processed the refund of 10%. What a great thing!!

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I ordered a pair of sneakers and since I didn’t get any news on my order, I decided to cancel it. Someone of YCMC customer service replied that they had already taken care of the cancellation and said I would get reimbursed… few weeks later I got the sneakers at my house 🤯 and a representative called “Haley” with a very authoritarian tone didn’t seem to understand the issue. She blamed it on me, because she said I misspelled the order number and asked me to pay for the return. It’s not about the money. It’s about RESPECT AND DECENCY with customers. Let’s say it was an error of my end by twisting a number in the order… anyway, they should have checked on my account information, etc. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Please do not waste your time or effort to order from this website. I have made a few orders and out of the 3. 2 of them cancelled . They make you wait weeks just to inform you that what they have for sale on there website that you ordered they will not be able to sell you because they obviously like to leave the postings up or just put it this way they don't do there job over there . Literally one of the worst company's I've dealt with. Never will I order anything from ycmc ever again . Losing customers left and right by the looks of every review I see. Also I just seen the reply and my order was absolutely placed last Tuesday which is over a week ago not 2 days ago if you were fulfilling orders in a timely manner you would know this . Really lying on this platform about when I placed my order is exactly my point as to why I won't be dealing with this company anymore. I absolutely have the email of when I ordered them . Which again was on the 22nd.

Do not order from this company, placed an order on 1/14, contacted the company on 1/19 about shipping update and the order was immediately canceled. Why hold my money, almost $300 when you didn’t have them item to begin with.
