Really awful company regarding customer service. I have contacted them with a query three times since January via website contact form and over email. No response whatsoever and no acknowledgement but yet they have added me to their promotional emails which are very regular. Bit of a data breach really as I hadn't signed up for that!
Customer Service non-existent. Contacted them 4 times (Email, Web Form, Facebook) with a simple product enquiry, no response whatsoever. They clearly have no interest in interacting with or assisting their customers.
I recently experienced a problem logging in to my online account at Yardley and Customer Services couldn’t have been more helpful, promptly sorting things out for me and following it up by email to check all was well. My order arrived very quickly, was really well packaged and a pleasure to open. Wonderful quality items as ever with the added bonus of discounts and a gift of hand sanitiser. Recipient delighted. Don't bother. Website does not tell you when items are out of stock so you will get confirmation of your order only to be contacted over 2 weeks later and told that your order cannot be completed.
