gang of thieves !!

I have just received my order and only one product instead of two was delivered. The other one has not been sent !! A mistake ?

The problem doesn't come from the UPS shipping company, because no message has been left in my mail box. I was expecting to hear from Yancor team concerning this oversight or miss, but they have never replied to my complaint !!!

It is incredibly shameful to gouge customers and be dishonest.

May I suggest you not to trust this firm and avoid it !!
