From the moment I phoned, the phone help was very helpful and we managed to negotiate timings in terms of drop off and collection. When we changed the day of drop off this was not a problem which greatly helped with our church volunteers being there to receive. Thank you.

The gentleman who came to pick up on 18th was very aware that this was a place of worship and I would like to say a great thank you to him for this understanding.

The items hired were delivered early which was what the party planner wanted. The items were very good and served it's purpose.
Pick up the next day, not too pleased with that as it was only one person to lift all the heavy stuff, and I had to lend a hand which I(lady) wasn't to pleased with. Deposit refund sorted out quickly. In all, I will defo use again and again. I Highly recommend Yahire.

We have used Yahire plenty of times very successfully and I don't like moaning but if this is the only way I can provoke a response then moan I will. On this ocassion our client rejected their furniture on site as they were all crooked, as Yahire went radio silent we ordered 4 more tables! We sent pictures and called the customer service team repeatedly we have to date had no response. How many calls and emails does it take to rectify a simple problem????? Very very disappointed Naz in customer service please any chance in 2023 you will revert back

I’ve always used this company for all my events. The process is smooth and they are so good with adding on items. Best way to host a party. However I do feel the customers need to be told that there is a separate option of service for removal. We would’ve paid for it if we knew it existed, then there is no hassle of collection.

Brilliant company - very responsive - easy to use system - was able to add to order easily and very helpful on return when we forgot one item. Highly recommended and will def use again.

I recently had a family get together in our garden so needed extra tables and chairs. Yahire were local to me so I thought I would try them. I was pleasantly surprised as they are a lovely team and the furniture was exactly what I wanted. The delivery people also deserve a shout as they were very helpful and turned up on time. I will certainly use them again.

I have been touched by the excellent customer service by all the guys at Yahire who helped me to load all the stuff into my range rover evoque. The guys supported me and helped in all the three trips I made. They even refused the tips that I wanted to provide to them. We used Yahire for all our furniture, crockery, cutlery and glasses for our wedding and we were very pleased with their service. They were exceptionally professional and communicative throughout the entire process and I would happily recommend them to anyone with an upcoming event. Their online booking system is very straightforward, and made it very simple to make alterations to our order. On the day of delivery, their staff were friendly, helpful, and punctual.
They were very competitively priced, with a wide range of options on each item.

Excellent service start to finish. Good quality products delivered on time. The website makes everything very easy as well as them being available on the phone. We were able to change things up until the last minute and payment system is all very smooth. Made our wedding day a lot more stress free!

I rented different items for a party at my house, including cutlery. When the items arrived I did not notice the cutlery (for 60 people!) was missing.
When I realised that, it was Saturday evening and unfortunately this company does not offer any costumer service on evenings / weekends. So I sent an email to the costumer service to complain about the missing items.
As my party was the following day, I had to rush to a Sainsbury's to buy forks, knives and spoons for 60 people, totalling more than 300 £.
The glasses where very cloudy and I had to clean all of them with a cloth (50 wine glasses + 88 high ball glasses) to make them presentable. Two glasses arrived broken.
On Tuesday I finally received a reply from the costumer service, who offered me the refund of the money spent for the cutlery hire (£66).
I asked to share the cost for the new cutlery I was forced to buy because of their mistake, but they replied it was not possible.
So now I am short of 300£, and I have a lot of cutlery I don't need. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the services of this company: they did a huge mistake while doing their job, but they simply do not care. This tells a lot about a company.

Yahire provided a great selection of products to hire to host a large garden party. Delivery and collection were seamless and our deposit was refunded promptly. Prices are competitive so would definitely use them again.

I understand that some rules are in the contract, but due to the situation we found, they could be flexible. because unexpected things happen and sometimes we have to make changes.

1st time user of Yahire. Had gazebo, tables and chairs. Never have I had such a hassle free, efficient service. Oliver, as my first point of contact, was quick to reply and dealt with adjustments with ease. Nathan kept in the line with fast responses and James who delivered/collected was an absolute star. Would not hesitate to use again and recommend to anyone.

A very easy, efficient and accurate rental service, that turned around my order quickly and delivered/collected it as promised.

My last minute adjustments were also accommodated without complaint, and the service along the way was friendly and helpful.
