Love this new concept toothbrush! Very well made, sturdy, and it works very well to clean your teeth, in mere seconds. Battery lasts forever too. The only thing I wish I had was a travel case for it. But that's coming soon!

I am mother to a disabled teenage daughter and want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your invention of the Y-Brush. It has made life so much more simple for my daughter. i am always on the lookout for things that will make her life simpler and more adaptable and this has been a blessing for me and her.
Her teeth are staying absolutely clean and this has given her an independence in her activities of daily living because of the simplicity of use and made things faster for her as well.
Small things always add up for a better life for disabled children.

You did an excellent job providing the necessary information to use Y-Brush. It did a great job on the front and side teeth. You pointed out it would be necessary to move the brush to each side to thoroughly cleanse the end molars. The end molars were cleaned but a tiny amount of tartar was left. I solved the problem simply by using the smaller brush that came with my kit which resolved the problem.
As a suggestion I'd build out the inside of the end portion of the brush to deal with the problem.
I think it's an excellent product and will continue to use it and I already set up a subscription for replacement brushes.

The brush head i think is very creative that is brushing all teeth together at same time. But for the material that is plastic i am not satisfied because it can be other ecological and more natural alternatives for this.

The Y brush after just 2 days of use was more effective in cleaning my teeth than my manual brush. I have tried five out of this six cleaning options each being effective in different ways. The plaque at the back of my teeth was reduced within days. I am now planque free. I drink a lot of tea and over the years my teeth have been stained. With each use my teeth are whiter and whiter. I would recommend the Y brush as the next level tooth brush.
When I received my Y brush I registered my product and the company could not have done anymore to ensure I was comfortable and confident in using the brush. This is the most proactive customer service I have ever received.

I have to say that I regret buying Y-Brush. It does not clean all the teeth and also breaks after a short while using it.

I am genuinely impressed with how clean the Y-Brush gets my teeth. It leaves them feeling more polished and plaque-free than my standard ultrasonic brush, even when I brush thoroughly by hand, and it does it in a fraction of the time. The six brushing modes are useful, the battery life is excellent, and the included travel case is a thoughtful addition—it neatly holds both the Y brush and standard brush heads, the charger, and even a tube of toothpaste.

My only small critique is the brush head size. While it isn't uncomfortably large, it feels a bit bulky for my mouth, particularly in the back around my bottom molars. I think offering a smaller, perhaps "petite" size option would be a great improvement, especially for users with smaller mouths. A size in between adult and child. For me, it isn't enough of a hindrance to dock a star, but just something I know I would definitely appreciate. That said, the cleaning performance is outstanding, and I've already noticed a visible difference in whiteness and smoothness.

If you want a fast, effective sonic brush and don't mind a full-size brush head, this is a fantastic choice.

I was a little disappointed with the Y brush the charging point was very difficult to find plus there was no guidance where it was on the website or via the QR code I had difficulty downloading the QR code and it just played the first video over and over.
I decided to return the product and Y Brush were very helpful and the refund process was very straightforward after sending all my relevant postage receipts.

The Y brush is perfect for my 14 year old son with special needs, he is finally brushing his teeth independently (with a little prompting from me). I queried the 'cleaning' of the brush, as honestly, I was finding myself spending a long time cleaning it, but Solene at Y Brush, gave me good tips for saving my time, on cleaning, a great purchase, thank you.

YBrush DOESN'T EVEN SAY WHEN I WILL RECEIVE IT, EVEN AFTER MY COMPLAINT!!!!
I have provided the Tracking #, day-picked-up, shipping-partner, and status (due to the policy of this platform, I am not displaying ir).
AND, what is interesting is that the warehouse they are shipping from is ONLY 50 MINUTES AWAY FROM ME!
