Shoes say size 9 but are at least a size too small

Sorry the bag had mould on and in it but the shoes I got were lovely. Got 2 pairs and I am pleased with both.

Got 2 pairs of sandles they are lovey so happy with them

Size 7 sandals arrived and sizes clearly wrong ( this is clearly an issue as many other reviews describe same issues with sizing). The size was at most a 6. Sandals were scuffed too. Emailed asking for full refund (and postage) as sandals faulty (included pictures). Sandals returned but even though they were faulty there was no refund on postage.

UPDATE: They have now refunded the full amount back. So changed it to 2 stars.
Original review: Bought a pair of pink glitter heels. They arrived quickly but when I opened the box and took the heels out one had damaged on the stiletto. I immediately email them and said I will be returning them and expect a full refund including postage as they where damaged. The email I got back said to send them back for a refund which I did. Had a notification that my refund had been processed. When I checked on the refund I found that they had refunded £24 instead of the full £30. I have emailed them and yet to have a response I should not have to pay any money for heels that where sent out damaged. I have kept the pictures and even emailed these over to them as proof. I will be taking this further if I do not get the full amount refunded and I will not be shopping with this company again

Bought from them on Amazon (Fashion Footwear, same VAT), Poor quality boots for the price, sizing not very accurate
I tried to return the item within the 30 days but Royal Mail did not come to pick up the item, and there was no label to manually print

They are now refusing to accommodate for a return saying I'm out of the return period... Extremely poor customer service, avoid if possible

To reiterate as they are trying to get the review put down, both stores XY & Fashion Footwear have the exact same VAT number, same address, meaning it's the same business (and sell the exact same shoes)

Don’t use this company - read reviews below re incorrect sizing. I understand shoes being slightly too big/small or too wide/narrow but there sizing is way off and quite consistently if you read the reviews below! Ordered shoes in a uk size 3, the actual measurements equate to a uk 4.5. Myself and 3 daughters all a size 3 - they flapped around on all except a friend who was a size 4 and still they were half size too big on her. I took pictures of the shoes against a tape measure which showed the how incorrect the size was and sent to company who said sizing is subjective !! The long and short of it is I returned at a cost to myself of postage for which they would not reimburse despite the shoes NOT being the correct size. I will take this up with trading standards as it breaches consumer rights, however, please take notice of all the incorrect sizing reviews below and compare reviews against other online shoe suppliers who seem to get it right. I have now ordered the same shoes elsewhere which are a correct size and cheaper !! Do your research

After reading the response to my initial review - all I can say is XY London you are burying your head in the sand - read the amount of reviews about incorrect sizing and not just marginal !! Customers go to other similar online websites who do get it right !

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes at 03.01 am and then realised I’d ordered one pair in the wrong colour so I emailed them back at 3.30am to asked of they could swap the silver pair to a white pair. I them get a email at 9.30am to say my order had been shipped and then gets a reply to my email at 9.38am saying they won’t change the colour of the one pair and that I can send them back at my cost. I will never order from this company again. Lousy customer service. They clearly could have changed them but chose not to.

Order arrived in no time at all 👍👍plus the boots was exactly has in photo. Would highly recommend buying from this company 👌 😊
