The skins look good and are very comfortable, and the customer service was very helpful. I had the wrong skins delivered and they sent me replacementa immediately and some extra skins from what I ordered. However, I can't help but feel like the cut for the switch 2 was set up to fail. The pieces that go towards the edges only go over the edge by like, a millimeter, which means it's very difficult to stick them down. There is always some lifting at the edges no matter how much I use a hairdrier. And I did thoroughly clean my hands and the switch before application, if that wasn't enough, then it's the cut or the adhesive's fault because I did everything a consumer should be expected to do. Not to mention the QR code with instructions for how to apply the skins didn't actually have instructions for the switch 2, so I had to guess from what I could find on google. 4 stars still because even though the skins lift a bit at the edges, I've kept them on the switch and it doesn't bother me enough to take them off, and the customer service was prompt and useful.

I couldnt find a case for my Sony Xperia 10II anywhere and then I found these guys. It fits perfectly , one less thing to worry about.

Good customer service and very fast delivery. Easy to apply skin as well! The pink skin wrap is slightly a different colour but I like it better ☺️ stays on well with my clear case.

Got an Apple Watch vinyl cover. Followed every step on the guide and after a few hours it got off the watch. Tried to stick it few times with no success.

Quality service from these guys. Great skins and even sent me out a ne2 top skin for my MacBook Pro when I messed up on my first go.

UPDATE
Team have reached out and offered to send a replacement skin and additonal skin. Which is great customer service. I have previously had skins for my Z Flip 6 and they were great and really protected the phone.

I ordered a skin for my Z Flip 7 but it didn't fit. Looked awful. Emailed the team for assistance and never got a response.

Ordered a phone skin, waited two weeks with no delivery and no response to multiple emails. I eventually had to open a PayPal dispute to get a refund. Disappointed with the communication and support experience.

Absolutely top customer service. Had an issue (my own fault, not theirs!) And they resolved it quickly. Top quality product and nice easy website to use. Will definitely order from them again. Fantastic.

Ordered the carbon fibre skin for a MagSafe charger (to match the feel of my Balolo shelf setup). Came promptly, instructions were simple and the sticker is firm enough to keep the shape / make it easy to apply yet thin enough to show the curves beneath it. Will use again

Xtremeskins contacted me and offered a replacement for my skin showing exceptional customer service. I've updated review to 4 stars, I do feel that if there were more tools provided to make the application of the skin easier, it would be a flawless product, hopefully in the future this can be implemented.

INITIAL REVIEW:

If this is your first time using these and you are completely inexperienced, do not buy a white skin.

Quality of materials is fantastic, I can’t deny that but no tools are included to help you put the skin on, just alcohol wipes.

I bought a white MacBook Air skin and it’s £30 down the drain, bubbles galore from following the instructional video, it’s certainly nowhere near as easy as it looks.

If you can get it right, these would be amazing but three stars because a video of a professional applying these is not enough to ensure these are applied well and correctly

Ordered a middle decal for the ps5 slim disc in orange and the touch pad portion of the controller

Positives - the colour and the adhesion of the skin
Quick delivery - albeit quite pricey postage - given it’s its dispatched in a hard backed envelope

Negative - the design flaw of the middle decal where the skin goes around the ‘curve’ of the ps5 slim (right hand corner of console as it faces you in horizontal position - front top if you have the machine facing you, standing in vertical position).

The skin needs to have cut-outs made so that it can conform to the weird sloping curve of the ps5 slim corner located as mentioned above.

Some other manufacturers that I have since looked at do this, they essentially cut out ‘V’ shapes out of where their skin goes onto the curve - allowing for full adhesion. - the tiny bit of bare exposure of where the sticker isn’t present (the thin cut outs) are forgivable for achieving a better fit and overall look.

What you get with this one is a bubble - no matter how you apply or reapply - I actually tore mine trying to stretch it out - had to end up cutting where I tore it myself and then realigning it.

Even as two pieces for the main front (my cut-job) part of the decal works better than the single piece. (No bubble and better adhesion as a result)again this addressed the design flaw of a single front middle decal that doesnt have a shape / cut to allow for the convex/concave slope on the specific corner of the console.

For any issues where it doesn’t adhere - light use of a hair dryer helps. Just wish I’d known the limitations of the design before I applied it - if I had, i would have made a better job.

And yes, before anyone says - I watched all the videos which if I’m honest - the official Xtremeskins middle decal instructional how-to is glossed over quickly using an unhelpful black decal skin as example over the existing black middle section of the PS5. Watch the video and see for yourself what I mean.

You really do need colour contrast for how-to’s - regardless of how you may wish to market the brand, Xtremeskins.

Maybe someone else will benefit from my experience.

For me it’s expensive for not achieving a very high end look and with a flawed design for the middle section - I’ve no doubt for the other panels of the PS5 it wraps well - but I bought a nice grey faceplate - so the option of doing so doesn’t resonate with me.
