Kampin XS, eivät ymmärrä sujuvan palautuksen merkitystä myyntiin jatkossa

Erittäin huonosti hoidettu asiakaspalautustilanne. Kamppi myyjä ei suostunut palauttamaan viallista alle 10€ tuotetta joka oli ostettu edellinenä päivänä ja oli heti lasten leikeissä todettu käyttökelvottomaksi. Myyjä alkoi väittää vastaan soveltuuko tuote tarkoitukseensa vai ei. Jos olisi vain hyvittänyt tai antanut lahjakortin olisin voinut ostaa jotain isommalla rahalla kuin alkuperäinen ostos. Nyt en asioi koko kaupassa enää ikinä oli sen verran surkeasti hoidettu asiakastilanne. Jatkossa asioin isoissa ruokakaupoissa myös lelujen hankinnoissa koska ne sentään ovat luotettavia palautus käytännöissä

Viallisilla tuotteilla ei palautusoikeutta

Palautettaessa selvästi viallista lelu kastelukannua Kampin myymälään (kahva ei pysy kiinni, 5e-tuote) myyjä lähtee täyttämään kannua vedellä, ja toteaa ettei löydä tuotteesta vikaa, kun se pysyy paikoillaan varovasti nostettessa?!?

En voi suositella.

Huonoa palvelua

Huonoa palvelua, erityisesti Jumbon myymälässä. Myyjä ammattitaidoton ja elämäänsä kyllästynyt. Ostamme jatkossa lelut muualta.

Kiva perus lelukauppa

Kiva perus lelukauppa valikoima, muutamia erikoisempiakin juttuja löytyy! Tilasin ja sain tuotteen alle viikossa, nopea toimitus. Pehmolelu joka tuli tilauksessa oli vähän likainen, joten reklamoin ja sain 10€ kupongin hyvityksenä. Kiitos ystävällisestä palvelusta ja tilaan varmasti uudestaankin!
