I never write reviews, but my experience with Xenos was so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. I ordered a TV cabinet. The transaction itself went smoothly and the delivery arrived on time, but unfortunately the product was damaged on arrival. From that moment on, everything went downhill. Customer service was consistently unhelpful and unpleasant. I had to repeatedly ask for a return shipping label, because the first email they sent was completely empty. When I later pointed out that one of the links showing return drop‑off locations was not working, I was simply told that I could find a location myself on Google. No help, no responsibility taken. What made things worse is that Xenos claimed they were unable to arrange a courier pickup for a 15 kg piece of furniture from my home. In the end, I had to carry the item to a drop‑off point myself. I requested a replacement instead of a refund. After waiting again, the replacement finally arrived — and, unsurprisingly, it was damaged as well. At this point I wasn’t even shocked. The furniture was once again poorly packaged. Ironically, when I sent it back for the second time, I secured it with tape far better than Xenos ever did. The same problems repeated: rude communication, unnecessary delays, and once again an email without a return label. After almost a month, I finally received my refund.
However, I never imagined that ordering a single piece of furniture could turn into such a complete farce. It honestly made me wonder whether damaged items are knowingly sold during sales, assuming customers won’t bother returning heavy products.
I have full message transcripts with customer service and photos of the damaged items if anyone needs proof.
Avoid this store if you value your time, energy, and peace of mind!

ordered 2 sets of plates , both came with some of them broken. i wanted to have a set of 8 each. now i have to buy another set so that i can have that. called xenos and told them the problem, they answered , we dont have it anymore , only in the store , gave me an option to send all back
and have my money back , but i wanted to have this set, or go to a store - but yeah its heavy and i cant carry it,,so my problem was not solved and i am left with some sizes with 5 plates only. then they said ok go buy another set in store ....today i got a mail with 3.75 euro back , cant see i can buy anything with this amount. as a costumer i feel i was treated very bad and i wont buy there ever again, not to say it was not my fault that it brke on the way

We rent from so many places in athens before, but this company is just the worst ever. The main guy (I assume his name is Niko), very unpolite, rude, tricky guy. I think that u found a good price for rent (actually there are many others with similar price), but they ask u to pay literally for everything (bird shitted on car — pay extra 25 eur, u ate spanakopita in car — pay extra..and this is regarding everything. The worst experience, highly not recommended (only in case if u want to feel yourself as an idiot). For 15 eur rent we pay extra 60 eur. And u don’t have another choice (he suggested u not to pay, but we all know that situation is that I will pay, because I am with baby and it is uncomfortable to go and start reserving new car from another NICE place where they treat u nicely but not like this hell.

They deliver my products to the bornhout 5 where far away from my house 90min with bus and tram. I was at home at the moment. This is totally onverwacht.because post nl have the problem with shortage of the driver or they use unexperienced driver? Or xenos can not handle this busy delivery ? UPS drivers delivers well good. I have learned that xenos is not a company to order delivery.they never deliver the products to the place really away from your home instead of delivering to your home. I called customer service was really good and helpful. But customer service with email is so bad. They does not explain clearly, on 30th april the stuff madam Angela ( order nummer 812983138)wrote back to me that” how annoying to read “and she wrote that the delivering will go to bornhout5 , we can not change the address. she could see that my address was so far from Bornhout. She had to explain and write why do you deliver the products to away from my address. Otherwise I never order to xenos .

they delivered my products to the place which is far from my house , it will takes 90min with tram and buses from my house. i was at home at the moment, they just skipped my place.

Garbage tier company that refused me returning a product that doesn’t work.
I’ve tried to return a product that looked initially as a quality product but the internals are garbage.
I’ve shown them my digital payment that normally they can use for the return but they refused me because I don’t have a receipt.
Now I paid 18 euros for a product that doesn’t work.
I’ve purchased it 5 days ago and it is a salt shaker.

After my initial bad experience, I am even more disappointed now. I was assured that I would receive a refund for a defective product once I emailed the return details. However, I have been waiting since December 10th and have yet to receive any response. While the company's responses seem professional on the surface, their actions tell a different story. There has been no follow-through, and they appear unwilling to improve my customer experience.
