I have been trying to contact this company sending emails to the support email on their site... nobody replies... i have been trying to get them to answer for 3 years, no replies whatsoever... as if they vanished...

started in 11 august trading.
at first trading was fine.
22/8 start wanted to withdraw..
have to pay 15percent to verify i am the user..
22/8 tried to withdraw was told locked have to make noney to unlock it, and in order for smooth withdraw must make appt, made appt website lagged until 11am then resume.. tell u that cannot withdraw. Need to pay personal income tax sgd2694.. if didnt pay on time penalty 0.4 percent per day..
they anyhow approved withdrawal to third party and still ask for personal income tax payment
may i ask why treat a cancer patient like this.. and where were your trading condition..manual withdrawal button where and user guide where.

your customer service was rude and reply the appeal is finalized by the platform your funds are now with third party company cannot be reversed.

please pay the personal income tax of 2694 within three days.

i had invested few hundred us dollars on xbtce (i believe they are related) back on mid 2017. Bought some coins and left there.`
Now when i access my account, its empty, and says there are no transaction history. Contacting support doesn't seems to help, they keep insisting saying there were no transaction since account creation. Of course, they deleted all my transactions, and now says i never did one..

So, please keep away from this platform. It's not reliable at all

On 12/26/2017 I have made a wire transfer to xBTCe of amount $3000. I have been waiting for 9 months!!! for my payment to be credited into my account. I sent them all the swift documents, their receipt informations which they sent me for swift and everything about the money transfer. Even my bank tried to connect with their banks. They kept saying they didn't receive the money. My bank connected with their bank and their bank replied to my bank saying their bank account is even got blocked by prosecutors decision. I have been suffering for 9 months and the result is they stole my money!!! They eve shamelessly sent me the mail below directing me to a company which I have no relation with.

"Dear Cihan Keskin,

We would like to pay your attention that bank transfer services are provided to us by cryptocapital (cryptocapital email address I cannot publish it), so all transfers sent to us are allocated to the bank accounts of this company and only then are transferred to our account at this company. We constantly monitor account operations there. In case of registration of new transfers, they are credited to ewallets of our clients as soon as possible. Therefore, in order to trace and refund your money transfer, please contact this organization at (cryptocapital email address I cannot publish it). We will do our best and continue to keep you informed about your issue and to demand from them searching for your transfer and revoke in your favor.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

I even tried contacting this company and they have not answered me at all.

As a result, I wish I had never been in contact with them and I would not even suggest this company to my enemy. They are just modern thieves. Sending them money is throwing your money in the trash.

I love this exchange. Account verification was straight forward. Had to upload passport and address details. Took about a week to get confirmation. With other exchanges I tried before xbtce, there were long delays. These guys are fast. Was subsequently able to deposit fiat (USD), buy BTC, ETH & LTC, and withdrawal them to my wallet. The entire transaction was smooth. If you are in Dubai, this is most definitely the place to convert fiat to cryptocurrency.

On the downside there are 3 points:

(1) I used the wire transfer option to send fiat from my HSBC Dubai account to their bank account in Poland. The bank details xbtce provided were not sufficient. I had to spend an hour hunting for exact details before I could make the transfer.

(2) I did not receive an SMS or an email notification when the money I had wire transferred to them was already sitting in my xbtce account. Had to login to the account before I realized that the money was in my xbtce wallet.

(3) Their UX/UI is pretty lousy. Some details would open up in a new window. Their web terminal was a bit unnerving. Though they have a 'demo' version of the terminal, however, couldn't figure out how to use it at first. The help texts provided were insufficient in most cases. I found the site overall, difficult to navigate

Having said that, once you get a hang of it, the transactions are a breeze. Their fee structure is fair. I am using them again for my next tranche of cryptocurrency purchase!
