Poor customer service
They have not responded to any of my emails, first sent over a month ago. Their automatic response claims they will respond within 10 working days.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

1 star because I can’t rate zero, absolutely appalled with the service, finally managed to get an account, but then couldn’t login due perpetual down all weekend, NatWest this lack of consideration reflects upon you, sort this garbage out…!!!!
I want to share my negative experience regarding a refund that I am still waiting to receive, despite repeated requests over the course of 4 months.
My refund relates to event number 603133 and was supposed to be processed according to contract and legal obligations.
After reaching out multiple times and waiting over four months, my emails were ignored until I sent a formal complaint. The company then responded only to say they had contacted my past company (which is irrelevant in this case). No real resolution was provided, and nothing has been paid so far.
It's unacceptable to have my refund delayed for so long and to see my communications disregarded. I had to threaten to escalate the issue to authorities to get even a minimal response.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company if reliable service and timely payments are important to you.
In a field of below average Pension Fund companies, wtwco.com take the gold medal.
Non-existent communication, requesting the same information multiple times.
Expected to be near the top of Pensions Ombudsmans complaints list anytime soon.
They are holding my Airbus pension, they don't answer the phone and the customer online interface is useless. I've logged in and the only information I can access is my name, my address, and email address.
The WTWCo LifeSight UK product is average at best. The service is sadly very deficient and the investment performance is achingly bad (even allowing for the poor returns in the general investment markets).
Trustpilot shows poor reviews for LifeSight and WTW (mostly relating to LifeSight) over the past few years. I have seen no improvement in the product or the service.
Disgraceful team that tries to suck every penny out of you. They act smart and pretend they dont understand your point.
Pathetic business practice. Can't handle a claim with integrity and honesty penalising people who have been through a lot of stress and inconvenience already !
They should be closed down !
