I wanted to pay for my subscription…

I wanted to pay for my subscription because to use the site without is almost impossible, and it kept loading and freezing. All my others apps were fine, my connection was fine, so I eventually gave up on it. Very annoying when I want to study.

very bad website

Very bad website and customer service, I do not recommend it to any student, I have bad experience and they do not want to support. It is like, when anyone have an issue with the packet or he forget to stop his packet they do not give him the needed support, it is just like they receive the subscription amount and they do not want to give it back, even if the student do not start using the packet.

I do not recommended it to any student, and there is too many other websites you can use to learn and they are more respectful and helpful to understand the customer case.
