I love WB! It helped me build my writing experience, and this is where I first learned about the magic of urgent, last-minute orders. The support staff is nice. I've since branched out into different academic writing websites and other types of writing, but I feel blessed to STILL be a part of WB. Also, it is important to mention that we are hiring now, but it is not connected to the procedure of application form completion. Most probably your step 4 was not properly completed which prevents you from finishing the remaining steps. That is why only by contacting the Management your issue can be solved.

My friend offered me to join the platform. I got an access to orders on the February 14th and overall I like it. The pricing is quite ok, you don't have to work each day and support is available round the clock if you have questions. Nothing to add, I was looking for additional income and it suits me well.

Additional income but need more attention to support
I’ve been working on this platform for more than a year and in general, I am satisfied with my experience here. I am quite surprised to read the most recent reviews of writer bay here but I can’t tell anything about that.
What I can share is that I do not take projects that often but I never had much trouble with any of them. Of course, there might be issues with the support - they do not check the whole order and may fine you without a valid reason. But it’s great that they have help desk and managers there. Shelby and others always double check everything and reverse fines.
In general, it’s not bad additional income but please control and develop your support better!

Has anyone contacted the cyber police to investigate the site, its owners, and the names it operates under? As I see in the comments, many people are puzzled. It seems to me that if the cyber police had investigated this company, we would have uncovered a shocking truth.

It is important to keep in mind that such an intense activity is abnormal for our Trustpilot page, to say the least. For comparison, we have had fewer reviews for the whole summer period of 3 months than we received on 16-17 of November over the span of several hours.
This extraordinary number of reviews, coupled with their unquestionably similar content, makes us confident that a single person or group is responsible for all the defamatory reviews.
For the record, a document can be the reason for rejecting your application if the photo was modified for the purpose of deception. Given that we received a significant number of applications submitted under stolen identities not long ago, and the majority of them was rejected, we see this as a backlash after fruitless efforts to exploit our company by registering multiple fake accounts.

Declining Applications with no Substantial Proof for Disapproval
Don't know what happened but got rejected after all checks, grammar and essay tests. I noticed that many writers from this company are from Pakistani, India and the African countries so if you're from EU don't bother to apply they won't accept you. I also didn't get a response as to why I was declined despite of providing all my documents and even giving them proof from the UK.gov website for my verification. It seems like an inside job so don't waste your time if you don't have the proper connection from the inside or personal contacts from the company employees. My application with Tutor.com was accepted with the same documents I gave them so its probably regional bias or getting one of their own to "approve" your registration.
Update: Got an email from them claiming that "According to the policies of our company, working under multiple, fake accounts (user names) or selling already existing accounts to third parties is strictly prohibited." despite of giving them my BRP with the UK.gov share code. I still don't get why your documents are fake when you can verify from a whole governmental body governing the whole of Europe. So yeah, they don't give what was fake or what wasn't; just a vague message without proof. Beware. Most of the reviews on here are either fake, or Pakistani's at their feet looking for jobs through 5 star reviews.
