After another company completely messed…

After another company completely messed up our order, I was lucky to come across them. They understood exactly what I needed almost immediately. I urgently needed 10,000 fabric wristbands and, although I wasn’t entirely sure they would arrive on time, I really hoped they would.

What really stood out was how fair the pricing was. It was actually cheaper than my original order with the other company. Everything was so simple and smooth that I was genuinely impressed.

The quality was also excellent. The material of the wristbands felt premium and the colours were sharp and vibrant.

I will definitely be working with them again next time.

Avoid this company, terrible customer service and they don't ship from the UK

Our order was delayed because of a weather delay and just be careful as this company claim that "any delays caused are the responsibility of the customer to organise with the carrier". In this case it was UPS. This is terrible customer service and I would certainly recommend avoiding this company as although they appear to be in the UK they ship everything from the EU so it is very likely that delays will occur, and the company will refuse to help you.
