1 star as no option to select zero. We had our kitchen delivered by Wren on 21 April 2026 almost a week before installation. Our kitchen taken over by boxes. Fitters came and installed kitchen and flooring between 27/29 April. After fitters left we noticed there were multiple damaged carcasses and cupboard doors. Chips to the new flooring and new skirting boards that were also fitted. Significant damage to the walls from tile removal over and above what would be classed as reasonable damage. Called Wren and advised due to the number of damaged items an installation manager would be in touch. Days later after multiple chase up calls we got a call from the installation manager. He could not come out until 5th May 2026. On 5th May he appeared took photos and noted all the damage. It went further downhill from there. We had an aborted Quartz templating due to the damage needing to be replaced and also realised the cupboards fitted were of the wrong measurements. The extractor fan was the wrong one fitted resulting in another new carcass needed. Every attempt at contacting the installation manager was met with a voicemail or no response back via email for days at a time. Every replacement order had wrong items showing or missing altogether. Replacement items would take a long time to arrive. Joiners came out not knowing what they were there to do so had to leave. Remedial work carried out 28th May again multiple damages noticed to the re work and raised via email to the installation manager. To date 5th June we have not had a reply to the multiple voicemails and emails sent to our installation manager. 2 official CEO complaints raised over the past 5 nearly 6 weeks and not acknowledged at all. We have to date and throughout no cooking facilities or worktops. Live wires have been left hanging out of plug sockets and cooker. This was also pointed out by the quartz templater on his second visit advising due to safety if these weren’t sorted they would not be able to fit the quartz and he would escalate this. Our Currys delivery drivers also noticed when delivering fridge freezer and informed us this was illegal. Please do not go with a Wren kitchen they do not care and you won’t be able to get any communication from them. A highly stressful and time consuming 6 weeks of chasing the installation manager for an update and without a kitchen to cook or worktops to prepare a healthy meal. Currently still trying to get a response from the installation manager after no word for a week.

I have just purchased our new kitchen from Wren Kitchens in Stirling. Although my kitchen won’t be fitted until the start of April, I am writing today to thank Rebecca Neary. Rebecca is a credit to the company. She helped us through the process of choosing everything from doors , worktops to appliances , etc. She was never pushy, and we never felt pressure to buy. We were given our design and told to go have a think .
We returned soon after and paid for our lovely new kitchen .
I am certain the installation, etc., will be as hassle-free 👍🏻.

I purchased a kitchen back in January 2025, was great service and really enjoyed the design the girl done for us. We were told we would be granted a refer a friend voucher which entails £200 for yourself and £200 for the friend that also got the kitchen. I had no knowledge of this offer it was just brought up in conversation which was great. The kitchen was getting delivered in the April and I was told to contact wrens to chase up the voucher which I did. In an email it was yet again mentioned that the money will be on its way. I chased up a third time to another person who said they would chase it up. It took to the 4th try to have another worker tell me we actually didn’t qualify for it as there was a minimum spend which he didn’t hit and there was nothing on the system that anyone had “chased up”. Now I would have accepted that if I hadn’t been told for months that both households were getting this offer. I also wasn’t that much off of the amount so it would have been be official to maybe go a bit more epensive in something to up the amount. Back and forward I’ve been going, speaking to management who told me to contact head office knowing fine well it’s not head office that decides offers so that was another 3 wasted calls. Even with it verbally confirmed numerous times and with emails that we will both be getting the offer they told us there’s nothing they can do and for some strange reason there’s no other person other than a store manager to deal with the situation because it’s a “computer that decides”.
Like I say I would have been ok with dropping it if straight away they said sorry we got it wrong, these things happen but it’s the fact I have been pulled pillar to post, clearly knowing they were wrong but not admitting it and with written evidence that’s just getting brushed under the carpet. I made wrens aware a review was coming if they didn’t do anything to resolve it so unfortunately this is the next stage.
I 100% wouldn’t go back or refer a friend to wrens again, after all something that could have been put down as an error and followed through with their mistake, which let’s face it it’s a drop in the ocean, it’s caused nothing but unnecessary hassle. It stopped being about money a long time ago it’s principle now!

Where do I begin i was considering wren kitchens for a renovation job at my property so I requested a brochure online too see what they had to offer. The next day I received a phone call from a man asking about the nature of my enquiry I didnt have the time to go into full detail at that moment in time so I said to him I wanted the brochure to look at changing worktops in house I have the mobile number this gentleman called me on and if I hadn't been so shocked with his response I would have had it out with him on phone wasn't until I came off the call and spoke to my wife I thought about what he had said. Anyway his words to me were I would be better off looking at B and Q or wickesas they offer a lower price product as all wren worktops begin at a price of 600 pounds or more which now I think about it implies I can't afford this which is incredibly cheeky. This guy doesnt know me has never met me never asked about my circumstances or anything just assumed over a phone I should look for a cheaper product elsewhere what he didnt know is I have roughly 32000 to spend on a new kitchen and I will certainly not be using wren kitchens due to the disgusting nature of this phone call if wren want to contact me I will happily provide the mans phone number so they can investigate further as I think this is shocking customer service

Absolute shambles of a company! Thought it was be a stress free experience and it was the complete opposite! Firstly, they designed it wrong. Wardrobes were too big. So the guy that came to fit it had to abort job. I then had to wait for new stuff to come and wait fot another fitter which just delayed it even more! Fitter came (he was brilliant) but noticed there was a panel missing from the top. I have now been informed I need to pay for this panel! The wardrobes were meant to fit perfectly into the space, no panels needed!! I’m beyond furious! When you speak to customer service there emails are shocking, don’t give a toss about you. Will not recommend this company to anyone!
