Awful Company, all smiles until they have your money then 2 fingers when it goes wrong. Customer care (JOKE) Wouldnt admit the designer made a mistake as any action by them would reflect on the designer. Worktops resembling a banana and twisted Tek wall panels. Definitely recommend going somewhere else.

Helpful and accommodating to all our design choices with high quality finish for our new kitchen and responsive customer service when we needed help.

Purchased fitted wardrobes for two bedrooms. I had great customer service from Vicky at Wren's Cambridge. She went over the plans, explained everything in detail and was in touch through the process.
My allocated fitter - Warren Lee (07702 889 452) did an excellent job with the installation. His workmanship is precise and of a high standard. Warren worked throughout the day, leaving no mess, he was thorough in discussing the plans before he started work. I would definitely recommend Warran hence giving a 5* review.

Installation engineers were great, to get hold of wren is a pain, job took longer than should have due to wren not ordering enough tiles, I had to go are collect myself from tile shop, was informed this happens often, hoping kitchen will be finished tomorrow,

This is our second time to involve Wren Kitchens to help install our new kitchen on a different property. Amber, who is our designer was super friendly and very knowledgeable that it was so easy for us to say YES to the lay out and all the appliances we purchased. Not to mention the great deals that were available for us making the price very affordable. I just hope we didn't have to wait more than 2 months to get the orders in and for work to start. But as Amber pointed out, we just have to be patient as they are getting the right things and people to complete our dream kitchen. Can't wait!

Completely miss sold, I ordered an oak finish interior kitchen and the top and back rail come in a horrible dark grey, this is not mentioned in any of the plans, if anything it suggests the opposite that the whole interior of the unit will have an oak coloured finish. Now their customer service department is closed over the Easter weekend so I cant get any customer support for any issues! Not cheap and not great quality avoid at all cost

I received a fantastic service from the showroom to the installation team.

Wren has delivered excellent service from the design stage through delivery and also the after sales service was fantastic

Terrible customer service, the sales team lie to your face about installation and what will and won’t happen. They have left us with an unsafe kitchen and are refusing to pay to have it rectified, don’t use Wren.

We had a new kitchen fitted last year by our own installer. There were a few miss haps along the way but wren persevered and came good in the end.
The kitchen fiitter was impressed by their quality.

Very poor customer service. When I needed urgent advice or help it was very difficult to get it. The kitchen designer was very pleasant in manner, but was rarely available, and sadly did not advise me that I would need to be able to access important areas of plumbing in the kitchen. I therefore had to change my plan at the last minute and was unable to use 2 of the bought cabinets, wasting a lot of money.
The no returns policy for flat pack items came as a shock as what I ordered was very standard, not bespoke. In addition the app did not recognise the fact I had just bought a kitchen when I downloaded it. Overall, I would not recommend Wren. There is a lot the company needs to improve to deliver a satisfactory service.

Very disappointed with the service at Wren Cambridge. We are in the process of constructing an extension with a new bedroom and a large walk-in wardrobe. We are almost at the end and are now looking to furnish the room. A friend recommended Wren for their high quality and functional wardrobe systems. My husband and I went to Wren Cambridge today hoping to get a design for a walk-in wardrobe and make a purchase but they were definitely not keen to assist. One of the service assistants told us that they don’t offer design appointments for walk-in customers, which is fair enough. However, she informed us that the store manager had advised that they could fit us in on condition that we first provided them with details of our budget and confirmation that we would sign for and place an order on the same day. I am not sure if this is typical of Wren’s T&Cs but this seemed like an odd ask. We left and took our custom and £15,000 budget to a more willing retailer who has helped us to design a lovely walk in wardrobe and with whom we will place an order after reviewing and accepting the design. This was my first and needless to say will be my last visit to Wren.

We wanted a new bedroom design Amber Henley was our first port of call.
She was extremely helpful with suggestions and helpful to keep cost down.
Our bedroom furniture has since been fitted we are so pleased with it and cannot rate Amber highly enough.

One star for the delivery phone line. Can’t fill the delivery questionnaire form which turns out to be the incorrect email address in the system. It leads to the phone call with the delivery team to fill the questionnaire.
However, I called THREE times and each call takes about 20 MINUTES WAITING TIME BUT NO ONE ANSWERED. The calls were made in different working hours even at 9.10 am (10mins after the scheduled customer service starting time). Tried to contact the online support but stuck with login. The support login page doesn’t seem working since it repeatedly ask to verify the email by sending the one time code instead of directing to the account page.
So all the things happened in one morning that I have to complain about it. This online stuff is not competitive to your peers to be honest.
Eventually it’s resolved by another sale in the Cambridge branch, appreciate for your help Charmain. Thumbs up.
It’s understandable people sometimes made mistakes on the email address. But what is unacceptable is the customer service line. I’m not quite sure I’d either order again or recommend anyone since it’s so hard to contact the support team especially at the time intensive moment when people are moving to their new homes.

This would have been a 5 star review if it wasn’t for the exchange policy.
The design process was great - lots of options, felt listened to, stress free. Showroom was lovely with lots of example kitchens.
In the run up, getting info needed and dates etc worked well. Payment was even very easy.
The delivery was fine. It was on time and the team stacked everything neatly.
The install info provided was very helpful and was referred to a lot. Additional notes for installers was mega helpful.
When we unwrapped the dishwasher we discovered a massive dent in the side. Can only imagine it happened in transit. One of the cupboard panels was also damaged on a corner. This is where the pain was - it takes up to 10 days to get replacements. The installers had to come back at my expense as wren don’t cover it. Then I was sent a text basically saying this is when we’re coming to exchange with no option for availability. Had to call them - they had to call the couriers - all very painful.
Also we were missing a filter needed for the extraction hood that was missing in the origional order but they sent that within a couple of days.
Kitchen looks great though. Thanks!
