First things first, I got a skin for an iPhone 15 Pro that fit beautifully. The quality looks great, it was delivered reasonably on time, I got compliments about it, honestly good value - the works.

The problem came a couple of weeks into having this - last night. I went to a concert I was very excited about and when I got home, most of the few videos I took had terrible sound (completely muffled). I thought it was my hands blocking the microphone, the case (which was also new) but upon close inspection I realised this only happened when I had zoomed in, so I tested at home, without the case, and not moving my hands. Indeed, zoomed out=sounds perfect, zoomed in=sounds like underwater.

I was ready to take the phone to be checked, as it's under guarantee, so I removed the wrap and then thought... shall I try? And like magic, the sound is perfect now when filming with or without zoom.

I can imagine the piece that comes cut out for the camera (it does not visually block any of the sensors or lenses) probably interferes with something. I can't know and surely, the rest of the skin is fine, but I contacted customer services explaining the situation and suggesting, not necessarily to get money back (it's peanuts) but to make sure some instructions are added (it comes with none) or a warning about the possible issues. The response was that they've never had a problem and I can return it for a refund.

Anyway, the wrap is in the bin (can't be bothered to either buy a stamp to post back or stick back the large bit) - and since it does not seem likely they will add more clarity on the website, I believe it's best to add a note so you're careful about how to use the skin.

was looking for a new MacBook skin with a personalised photo, and after searching the usual suspects I came across this site... I read the reviews and those with the price I was set... the website was easy to follow and after a few days my order arrived and I was really chuffed with quality of product.... one slight issue was not having an application tool to help smooth out air bubbles, but after a second small lift and a damp rag it went on great and looks amazing

The order arrived but was water damaged. I can appreciate not using plastic packaging for environmental reasons but the cardboard tube did not protect my MacBook skin and despite drying it out, the skin did not stick on properly and had to be binned. The image I uploaded was also very high res, but the printed image looked fuzzy. The apple logo cut out also ripped upon removing the cut out area. Customer service resolved the problem by offering me a replacement or a refund. Due to the reduction in image quality I went for a refund, but I have upgraded to three stars because CS were very good about it.

Ordered and delivery was in 5 days which is ok. The quality of the product was not what I’d expect to pay £18 for. Granted the issue with the photo may have been pixels although it was saved as DPI 300. The case itself isn’t very protective though.

I always order a custom iPhone cover with a photo of my memoir which always needs a bit of tweaking to get it to fit. The design team are alway so helpful in assisting me with this and always reply to my emails quickly.

Just received my clear soft silicone case for my Samsung Galaxy S10 5g. This is the second time I have purchased a Wrappz product. The quality is brilliant as always & fits my phone perfectly. Loved that I could use my own design which I customised. Would use this company again & will definitely recommend to all.

Service is good, and the quality of the case is good too.
The only thing is that considering I designed it myself, the print wasn't as good as I expected. But it's a bit of a complicated design, so I guess that's on me. I had a problem with my case too and they sent a replacement one. So I would definitely recommend this company, they seem pretty on it if you have any problems.

Very good company, cases are amazing they are very sturdy and hasn't scratched and keeps my phone well protected.

Bought a phone case from FP and it was terrible. I remembered that I used Wrappz for my last phone and used them again. The case is far superior and the print quality in so much better. Excellent case, just a little slow on the production and delivery.

The company who has made all my wraps before no longer makes those that fit my older iPhone. I have a clear backed case which finally needed to be replaced and I wanted something new to enjoy. I searched and searched and finally found this company! I am so grateful they have what I need and despite my being in the US it came quickly. The quality is up to my standards - it’s thin but substantial enough. I was even able to place it over my old skin with no adherence or thickness issues. I chose for them to print a copy of a centuries old oil painting I wished I’d had the money to purchase (haha) yet now I can enjoy it every day! The reproduction is crisp. I will definitely do business with them again and suggest this company to others.
