Great Plugins with Great Support
We have been using WP Labs for both Amazon and eBay for many years now, we realise these are both complex plugins but they work brilliantly for our business and save us hundreds of man hours per year. We also realise software is only as good as its support and I would go as far to say WP labs possibly has the best support out there. John will always answer us within a few hours ( depending on time difference) and usually we will have a resolution straight after.

Great products brilliant support
The Ebay lister pro and amazon lister pro are excellent plugins full of features that we use for our client's websites.
As an agency it's important to know that if you use a product for a client that it delivers and if you need support it's there.
The WP Lab team is always on hand to answer questions, provide guidance or help to fix problems if they occur.
Highly reccomended.

We have a web agency and we've been using WP Lister Amazon and Ebay (PRO) for years on several websites. Both the plugins work very well and are full of features. When we need support, the team of WP Lab is always there and their answers are always quick and very helpful. We've been using tons of plugins and several marketplace integrations... but we've never found a plugin or a support team that is so excellent. I want to quote another review, confirming without any doubt that: "If only all companies had their support on this level, life would be way easier". I'd add... life would be wonderful, not just easier!
Keep up! And, if you can... think about developing more marketplace integrations so that we can stop facing bad plugins written by bad developers and slow and unhelpful support teams!! :)

Which marketplaces would you like to see in the future? I've been using both WP Lab plugins for 5 years now.
The support is excellent, they never let me down. Any issues I ever had were resolved in lightning speed.
If only all companies had their support on this level, life would be way easier.

I can assure you that we would never ever intentionally take money from anyone without providing the product they paid for!
Looking at your conversation with John, it seems you didn't get any email containing the download link, but after you contacted support yesterday, John explained to you how to download the plugin from you account page on wplab.com instead - within three hours after receiving your message.
If you like, I can refund the payment for that order right now - we generally have a "30 days no questions asked" refund policy, so you can request a refund any time. I just would like to understand why you waited over a week before contacting support - and then left this review before we could reply.
Let me know if you would prefer a refund still, or what else I can do for you to reevaluate our service and hopefully amend your review.
