WOWCHER is a scam .Do not use to redeem the voucher guys.I redeemed a voucher to buy a Rolo Comfort memory foam mattress but it’s never been delivered to my address.I emailed thousands time to the merchant but no reply from the merchant.Its all scam.

Customer service is the worst always…
Customer service is the worst always used wowcher for spa break so got one for a wedding gift then i needed to upgrade it an pay more so they added the voucher to wallet credit eventually todo so..now i go to pay deduct wallet credit and doesnt allow to use any payment method to pay remaining balance..email they reply like havent even read what iv said and whatsapp said 3 times send your account of to payment team takes upto 48hrs still waiting and it expires soon..wont be using again
