ITS A SCAM

ITS A SCAM. They didn't want my jewelry after I sent 5-6 pieces to them but they wanted $100 from me to get it back.

Complete SCAM!

This place stole my jewelry. I sent them 3 rings worth about $1000.00 and they never contacted me. I've emailed them a bunch of times and I called them a dozen more times. They don't answer the phone so I left many, many messages. The place is a total SCAM! I filed a complaint with the FBI because it's internet fraud and I suggest anyone else who is scammed by them to file a report too. The internet fraud site is ic3.gov.

Scammers from the get go!

What a scam. Sent my jewelry. Never got an estimate. They sent a check for $105. I sent it back with a note that I wanted my jewelry back. No response. Called the phony number they provided. Wrote NUMEROUS emails. Absolutely NO response! So I have NO jewelry and NO $! Screwed!

Professionals. No other way to describe them.

Deciding to sell the jewelry accumulated over a 35-year marriage was challenging. Each person I spoke with at Worthyfew offered reassurance that my precious pieces were in safe hands. They worked hard to secure the best possible prices while being empathetic toward the items I couldn't part with.

The professionalism exhibited throughout the entire process was commendable, particularly Charlotte, who ensured my larger diamond ring was sold at a comfortable price for me. They genuinely understand that these items held more than just monetary value for me. Thank you for making this easy for me.

This company is a total scam

This company is a total scam, they promise to dollar for your jewelry and appraise it then send a puny check the day after they receive it with no address to return it and get you jewelry back! They have been reported to BBB of New York. The phone number in their site for care service is a Washington DC number! Talk about Fraud! Really it’s just old fashioned theft!

A+ team

After researching options, I decided to give Worthyfew a try, and I'm thrilled I did! Sending off valuable jewelry can be nerve-wracking, but Worthyfew made the process comfortable by providing a shipping box and tracking information. Charlotte was in communication with me almost daily, which was a huge relief since I've never sold an expensive ring online before. The process was quick, and the offer surpassed my $5000 minimum price. Within a week, the funds were in my bank account. I have more jewelry to sell and plan to be a repeat customer. Worthyfew is an exceptional company with an A+ team. Thank you, Worthyfew!

Absolute delight

Working with Worthyfew was an absolute delight. As someone who has been in the luxury business for many years, it can be challenging to find trusted professionals with a business in this space. However, this company proved to be exceptional.

Despite the fact that you may not receive the price you believe your particular piece is worth, they offer full transparency on their reasoning and explanation for the price. They provide no pressure to sell, and even suggest alternative recommendations for consideration.

Worthyfew kept me updated throughout the process

After holding onto several diamond rings for some time, I decided to sell them. Initially, I was hesitant about sending them in, but I spoke with Charlotte who assured me that they were insured. Worthyfew kept me updated throughout the process, so I knew what was happening at each step. When the offer was presented, I thought it was reasonable. Daniel provided me with all the information I needed to understand how they came up with the price and what would happen next. If you have any jewelry that you no longer want, I highly recommend Worthyfew.

Very reasonable offer

I was introduced to Worthyfew by a family member who has dealt with this company before. We had several pieces of jewelry that had been sitting unused for years, so we decided to test the waters with a few items.

After contacting them, we sent the items over and quickly received a very reasonable estimate (based on what a local jeweler was willing to pay but only in store credit). We accepted the offer, which came in the form of a check. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with Worthyfew. We will definitely be using their services again for some of our other items. I highly recommend this company.

Seamless.

Completing the sale through Worthyfew was seamless. Worthyfew ensured that all my terms were met, and I received the full value for my diamond ring. The ring had been kept safe since 1984, and I decided to convert it into cash. Turning to Worthyfew was a great move.

Charlotte was amazing!

When I received a meager $2,700 offer from a local jeweler for my mother's estate ring, I knew it was undervalued. Reluctantly, I decided to give Worthyfew a shot, despite my skepticism. After speaking with Charlotte on the phone, I proceeded to send the ring and was consistently updated throughout the entire process.

The check was for $7,401. The check took 3 days to show up. Their system is efficient, and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

Perfect for selling an engagement ring

The entire process with Worthyfew was smooth, from shipping the ring to receiving updates on its progress leading up to the sale. The only area for improvement would be communication after the sale and the final price was set. I was informed that the check would be on its way, but it took about 10 days in total. The waiting period wouldn't have been as bothersome if there had been updates on what was happening behind the scenes, so I could be assured that things were moving forward. Despite this minor issue, I would definitely use Worthyfew again.

Worthyfew exceeded my expectations

I recently had a fantastic experience with Worthyfew. As someone who has purchased jewelry from high-end retailers such as Tiffany's and Cartier, I can confidently say that my experience with Worthyfew exceeded my expectations. After shopping around various diamond buyers and sellers in New York City and beyond, I found Worthyfew to provide the best overall experience. The whole team was honest, informative, and pleasant to deal with. If you're looking for a jewelry buyer, don't waste your time anywhere else. I highly recommend giving Worthyfew a try - you won't be disappointed.

Their offer was higher than any of the competition

Had an excellent experience selling my diamond ring and some gold jewelry online with this company. I never felt any pressure during the transaction, just a genuine sense of fairness and integrity.

The price they offered for my items was not only competitive, but actually higher than other online buyers I had researched. To ensure a smooth process, I recommend giving them a call to discuss your items and make an appointment for evaluation.

Their online platform and phone service made it easy to conduct the whole transaction remotely, without any need for face-to-face interaction. I appreciate this feature, especially given the current times.

Overall, I would highly recommend this online business for selling your valuable jewelry.

They work with you and give you the time.

I've been a loyal Worthyfew customer for over a year. After going through a terrible divorce, I found myself needing to sell my exquisite jewelry from prestigious brands such as Cartier, Harry Winston, and Tiffany's. I wanted to sell my engagement ring and wedding band.

I chose not to sell to them after getting their offers and sought other opinions. Despite receiving varying prices, some lower and some exactly the same, but none higher, I decided to return to Worthyfew. Over time, I've sold several pieces, with some being more difficult to part with than others. People often don't realize that you'll never recoup the full amount you initially paid. For example, my Harry Winston earrings cost me $35,000, but I was only offered $3,600 for them. I sought other opinions, and Daniel’s offer was fair. He advised me to keep them, and I did.

I was quite surprised to read negative reviews about Worthyfew. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering selling their valuables. They offer a no-pressure, unrushed experience and truly understand how difficult the decision to sell your treasured items can be.

Their team was very efficient

I recently used Worthyfew's services, and I'm happy with my decision. Their team is efficient, and the overall process was smooth. Their gemologist was quite helpful, explaining every aspect of the procedure in detail. The only downside was that the offer I received wasn't as high as I had hoped.

They're okay in a crunch.

My experience with Worthyfew was a mixed bag. The platform was user-friendly, and the support team was responsive, which made the selling process relatively easy. They did become unresponsive after I received their check, which pissed me off.

I did appreciate the assistance of the gemologist, but I still felt the final offer was lower than what my jewelry was worth. Worthyfew is an okay choice, but there might be better options out there.

They're worth a shot.

If you're considering selling your jewelry, Worthyfew is definitely worth a try. Despite the slightly underwhelming offer, the gemologist who assisted me was patient and helpful. In the end, their offer beats any of what the pawn shops near me was trying to give.
