WorldSim are absolute rubish and the…

WorldSim are absolute rubish and the biggest scamers.
I purchased a international sim-card for a trip to 10 countries in South East Asia, it did not work in any of the countries, customer service is rubbish always fobbing you off.
I have tried getting a refund for something they advertize will work and does not, each time their advisor saying they will pass the details onto finance but nobody ever replies.
Stay well clear of this shit scam company.

Excellent support at WorldSIM.

The technical support at WorldSim is 24/7 and the technicians are informed, eager to help, and professional. Many times with me in the past, 24/7 chat support at WorldSim has been able to resolve my issue right on the spot without having to get back to me at a later date. Mark at support just now resolved my issue promptly without wasting any time. That's how good WorldSim's 24/7 chat support is. This is very gratifying and I can't imagine any other telecom service offering such instant help. WorldSIM is a first-rate telecom company and you're in good hands with it.

Great telecom company w/ excellent 24/7 support.

I live in New York and rely on WorldSIM whenever I travel to Italy, and it’s been consistently excellent. One of the things I appreciate most is that they assign you a UK phone number you can keep forever, which makes staying connected incredibly convenient. Their rates are very competitive, and the call clarity has always been spot on, even when I’m abroad. WorldSIM has become my go‑to travel telecom service, and it continues to deliver exactly what I need.

I had some issues connecting to the preferred network. Kevin helped via the online support chat and had me connected in no time. This was in the middle of a Sunday afternoon and support were quick to respond. Well done!

Poor Service from WorldSim

On 30th December 2025, I ordered a WorldSim International e-sim (ORD-7569490-J8F2M2) for use in Australia costing £50.
I was unable to connect to any services in Australia and so I made 2 separate online chat to try to resolve the matter. On the 11th January, I received an e-mail from WorldSim Support offering me a Global eSim with a USA number instead of a UK number. I declined this offer and asked for my payment to be reimbursed.
On 13th January, I had a further e-mail to tell me that Volte had now been activated in Australia and I was given steps to activate the e-sim on my phone. I followed the steps without any success. I have sent 2 requests for reimbursement ( Ticket CAS-SWJY0455 on 13th January and CAS-NXTF8881 on 25th January) I have not received any response to these 2 tickets.
I have had to buy another e-sim from another company for my trip to Australia so PLEASE can I have £50 refund to my Amex account as I have been unable to use your product.
Finally on 5th Feb I had an e-mail to say that they had forwarded my clim to the relevant department. I have heard nothing for the last 4 weeks. VERY POOR SERVICE

AVOID WorldSIM

After being with WorldSim for the last 5 years the company has become less and less responsive, with addressing issues related to their service.
For the last 18 months my SIM card has not worked properly. I travel often for work to many countries. This issue started in Australia ( a country on their list of serviceable destinations) I couldn’t make or receive calls or use mobile data. After initial enquiries where I suggested something was wrong with my sim, I was told nothing was a faulty. After the persistence of non-connectivity and zero access to my service and topping up my balance there was still no access to my phone number or mobile data.
This issue persisted through my business travels in Singapore (also on the list of WorldSIM serviceable countries) where I couldn’t contact clients. Again I raised the issue of a faulty sim and again I was told there was nothing wrong.
I was talking to their live chat service 3 or 4 times a week when eventually one of the agents let slip that this was not a isolated problem and that many other sims were effected.
I requested a refund of my prepaid deposit and was declined. In the last two months they have consistently refused to send a new sim to me or even acknowledge their technical issue. Now they have ceased all communication with me regarding this issue.
Currently my sim does not even get service or recognition from network and I am in Dubai.
If you are in the market for a travel sim I STRONGLY recommend you look elsewhere and not engage with WorldSIM.

Don't touch worldsim not worth the hassle

I got an esim from worldsim and it is not what is advertised. Said live customer service chat on website ....no live chat available for me. Asked for a refund several times via email....fobbed of with whatever excuses by email by customer service advisor Kevin and Matthew. Asked again for a refund worldsim is non responsive now by email. I won't deal with worldsim again not worth the hassle. Scammers and fraudsters here.
