How it Works
1.Order and Proxy Purchase
Request purchase of items from online shops in Japan using the WorldShopping cart.
(Products from online shops that do not display this cart can be requested through a separate request form).
Upon receiving an order, WorldShopping will purchase the ordered items on behalf of the customer at the online shop.
2. Product Arrival and Confirmation
All orders are sent to the WorldShopping warehouse.
Upon arrival, items will be unpacked, checked according to the "order information", and packaged for international shipping.
3. Preparations Completed Email Notice
The international shipping charges will be determined after the packing process has been completed (on average within 1 to 3 business days of receipt).
An e-mail is then sent to the customer to inform the international shipping and handling fees and payment method.
4.International Shipping Payment and Shipment
Customer follows the payment instructions in the email to process payment. The order will be shipped after payment is completed.
(Expect the package to be dispatched the following business day, within two business days at the latest.)
5.Wait for delivery!
The package will be delivered by EMS (Express Mail Service) 7~20 days after shipment.

First time ordering from this company and the whole process was flawless. Shipping was a bit expensive, but I don’t think their fault at all; the item was coming from Japan.

For pre-order items, I hope the lead time can be shortened so we can receive them earlier.
I previously experienced a order fulfillment delay of nearly 1.5 months due to a combination of a pre-order item and the Lunar New Year holiday. The consolidation and shipment of goods only proceeded after I reordered alternative items. The extended waiting period before pickup notification was frustrating. Although the final product quality was high, the delivery lead time was excessively long.

I would give you 5 stars, but the process of transferring the package from the 2nd STREET store to the sorting center, and then from the sorting center to the shipping carrier, took quite a long time. After that, everything went very smoothly.
The package met my expectations, and the courier arrived on time.

Everything went smoothly, and I was very satisfied with the overall experience.
I’ve always loved this brand, but since I could only purchase it when traveling to Japan, I was really happy to discover that they offer international shipping.
However, the customs duties for shipping to the U.S. were quite high, to the point that the additional cost ended up being almost as much as the purchase itself. It would be very helpful if customers could get an estimated amount of taxes and customs duties at the time of purchase, so they can have a better idea of the total cost before placing an order.
Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely consider purchasing again.

Honestly
Honestly, I find WorldShopping quite reliable and trustworthy. The only thing is, it took a little longer than expected for the parcel to reach the warehouse from the seller. But other than that, I received email updates for almost every step, so I always knew what was going on. The handling fees and shipping fees are a little pricey, but overall, I think it’s worth it for the convenience.
