AVOID THIS COMPANY...another 1 star review as I ordered a set of doors and when they came it only came with a two track system and i wanted three track. The catalogue shows a three track set but the company were impossible to contact. Phone never answered, messages ignored. I have since found that the three track is not suitable for the doors I chose. I have now gone to another company and am buying another track set.
In the reply they say I did not contact them...I have called many many times, no-one ever answers, once I w`as able to leave a message again no-one got back.
filled in the online form 3 times in one I said I wanted to return the kit and get a refund they never got back about this. Plus nowhere on the information when buying does it say only two track is available and the three track does not fit this kit.
You say there is no catalogue and no 3 track, well the doors I bought are on page19 of the Spacepro brochure and the universal extension track is on page 55!!!! Nowhere does it say these are not compatable!
But my main complaint is YOUR lack of customer service, never answering the phone, I rang several times on Thursday and Saturday in the day, plus Monday morning. and not replying to messages.

We are saddened and baffled by this review.
You ordered a Spacepro Kit ISP-030-2667-KT on Jan 20th which we delivered on Jan 30th,
We know that the email works as we have been getting emails from customers as well as a reply from you to our delivery booking email. We have checked both our voicemail and inbox (info@worldofwardrobes.com) and received no other messages from you whatsoever.
The Spacepro kits ALL come with a double track. there is no triple track available for any of the steel kits anywhere (nationwide) Spacepro does not manufacture a triple track for their steel doors.
This information is clearly available on our website and on request by emailing us or calling us, none of which you did, and therefore couldn't help you, which we would have been more than happy to do.
You mention "catalogue" shows a triple track. We do not have a catalogue but if you can show us where in our website we show that kit with a triple track, we are more than happy to refund you
We would also point out that if you have purchased a triple track from another supplier then it’s unlikely that it will work as the wheel spacing and track widths are unique to each door system
We have NOT received any emails or voicemails from you other than your delivery booking email, We assume that is still in your inbox. Please can you send your message by replying to that or to info@worldofwardrobes.com
Considering you got your delivery on Thursday and left a 1*review on Monday we assume you called at the weekend. Our phones are not monitored at weekends. We will check our systems again but in the mean time Please contact us via email to info@worldofwardrobes.com
With regards to a no information about a Three track does not fit this system, there are no three tracks in the entire website so we are at a loss to understand where why would we mention a three track.

Update 5th Feb:
1.- We delivered the product you ordered in good condition and in a timely manner
2.- We do NOT produce a catalogue. The catalogue you have is a Spacepro catalogue that you must have picked up from another shop. If the information on the catalogue is not correct, you need to take it up with Spacepro or the retailer you picked it up from. We do not display/sell/mention/show a triple track in our website.
3.- We run a busy factory with machines running. During busy periods we are on other calls or we are loading/unloading lorries etc. We are closed at weekends
4.-Information about what to do in case of a problem is on our website on the "T&Cs", "Delivery and Returns" and on the back of your delivery note. We clearly estate that any queries must be sent in writing to info@worldofwardrobes.com (not the form on our website (didn't receive anything from there either) not by phone)
5.- We still have not received an email from you telling us what you want, all we have is a 1* review 2 working days after you received your order, telling people to AVOID us because we didn't pick up the phone and the brochure you have (which is nothing to do with us) doesn't give you the information you need.
We quite clearly answer queries as we are doing now. It would have been far more productive to follow the instructions on the back of your delivery note. We respectfully suggest again that you email us with your query to info@worldofwardrobes.com.
