I received a permanent ban on my World of Warcraft account without a clear explanation of what rule I supposedly violated.

This was a new account, and I only played PvE content. I did not use bots, automation, or cheating software. Despite this, the ban was issued and the appeal system did not provide a clear or accessible way to request a proper manual review.

The support website redirects users through automated categories that make it difficult to submit a real appeal. For a permanent ban, players deserve transparency and a fair human review process.

Previously had a 6 month subscription. I cancelled it because I do not play the game any more no reason required. They have just taken another 3 months subscription and I cannot get the money back. So if you are deciding to not play the game any more remove all payment methods. It appears to me if there is a payment method they will grab the money. Bad, lost money to a game I stopped playing. Presumed, cancel previous subscription meant stop not wait till the end and take more money off me.

My childhood in a nutshell!

Been playing their games for around 11+ years now. Though things are a lot different now, but still, I am grateful to WoW and its community. You guys gave me some of the best memories of my life.

Give us a new expansion! :D

If the captain of the titanic had 1 year notice of the iceberg, and then intentionally steered into it, he still would have been better at his than the developers of this game company, that ruined both wc3 reforged and also did #nochanges in classic, so they could have their game masters doing no support to their payers. well played, well met, maybe you will not make same mistake with d2 reforged//tbc classic ?

A games with its up and downs. The last expansion wasn't great and i ended up skipping it for most part, yet, Legion before that was one of the best experiences i ever had. Has with any blizzard games, it's a gamble, but in this case you win most times (Most expansions are good - warlords and BoA were the only ones i felt lacking)

Maybe on of the best games I had an opportunity to play.

Exactly with this classic genre start my acquaintance with MMO world. Best game on decades in spite of a bit outdated graphics,few people match the variety of game mechanics, quests, stories and quite thoughtful worlds. I recommend for all generations!
