We waited 6 months for a replacement break pedal.
Finally, it arrived but one hole is missing in the part so the garage had to improvise by attaching the lever with the black metal.

Not correct! Only my ingenious mechanic could make this work. But for a lot of money. But this is not how it is supposed to be.
The old one had 2 holes.
No responsibility from the company.

Avoid this company — the other 1★ reviews exist for a reason.

Ordered two ABS rings from them at a cost of £320 while I was on holiday (delivered 12th Sept). I was away for the next 10 days and didn’t get a chance to try them until 5th October — they’re the wrong size (my mistake, fair enough). I contacted the company to return them and was told that because it was outside their 14-day return window, they couldn’t do anything.

They could if they wanted to — the items are brand new and unopened, and it wouldn’t be the end of the world to accept a return. I assumed, like most companies, there’d be at least a 30-day return policy, but apparently not.

The response over email was unhelpful and dismissive, and I’m now stuck with £320 worth of parts I can’t use.

Avoid this company — the other 1★ reviews exist for a reason.

Don't waste your time with these people!!

Don't waste your time with these people!!
Couldn't even supply me with a cam chain after waiting 2 days for them to contact triumph.
Speaking to them on the phone was hard work aswell, even when I gave them the part numbers.
They hadn't a clue what they were doing.

Failed to meet delivery times

I ordered 3 items from WoT and paid for the 48 hour delivery option. It took them three days from the date of order to actually dispatch the items and it is now day four after the despatch date and I am still waiting. I have asked for a refund on the postage as this is certainly not the 48 hour delivery that I paid for but as yet I have not heard anything back.

I'll stick to using Fowlers or Bristol from now on for my parts, they at least reply to queries and get out of stock parts in quicker than I'm being forced to wait for these items to arrive

Superb customer service

I ordered a carb airbox rubber as the original has perished and was sucking in air. I was moaning to a fellow Bonnie owner mate who told me he had a spare as he was running K&Ns.
I contacted WOT with not much hope of a refund but they were happy to oblige. Big thanks to Ashley and the team at WOT - my future business will be going their way for sure.

I ordered 3 parts from their website

I ordered 3 parts from their website. One of them was a small bolt and it did not fit where it should have, it wasn't long enough. I used the other parts along with a bolt that I had in my garage. I then sent them photos that clearly showed that the bolt did not fit. I offered to send the bolt back if they gave me a refund plus postage costs. They said they would refund me for the bolt, but not for the postage, quoting that "they supplied the part that I ordered".I'm not really bothered about the cost of the bolt and postage, but it's the principal. I've owned 10 Triumph motorcycle's over the last 24 years and spent £1000's of pounds with their company, on bikes parts and accessories. The fact that they aren't prepared to acknowledge and pay fully for their mistake speaks volumes to me and says a lot about the company that they have become. Looks like it's a Jap bike next.

I recently bought a stolen recovered…

I recently bought a stolen recovered America and I telephoned World Of Triumph to order some parts.
I spoke with a nice chap called Ashley who advised me on the correct parts to buy for my model.
I then ordered them online.
I recieved a call from Ashley to tell me the rhs cover already had the America transfer on it and didn't need the transfer I had ordered as well.
He cancelled that and gave me a refund which instantly showed in my account.
Now that's what I call customer service.
I have since ordered and recieved more parts to finish the project off.
Highly recommend this company and definitely use them again if I need anything in the future.

Great people to deal with

At first I was a little skeptical about ordering something all the way across the pond. I spoke with Ashley through email and she answered all my questions and concerns in a prompt manner and assured me everything would work out.
I would highly recommend World of Triumph. Their communication was top knotch, the prices were way better than here in the states and the shipping was super fast.
It was an overall excellent experience and I will be placing more orders in the future.

Well Pleased Customer

Could not be more pleased with the overall experience with my purchase of a rear shock assembly for my Triumph Explorer. Being in the US, shipping was exceptional; it was well packaged and shipping only took 8 days from the time it was ordered until it was at my door. Part has been installed and works perfect. No complaints from this consumer, would definitely recommend and will use again!!

Order at your peril !!!!…

Ordered a few bits of this crowed recently with no issues, I ordered a set of fork seals nearly two weeks ago and have not turned up, the first two emails I sent they answered blaming the Royal Mail strikes. I’ve since sent three more emails with no reply at all, I’ve asked for a refund but I don’t hold up much hope of getting it. Such a shame as the website seems great, pity the customer service is a shambles. Currently seeking advice online on how to get my money back.
My advice is go to your local dealer or at least a long standing reputable outfit

Unfair shipping policies and fares

I have order from them in the past few times. one of them included an original Triumph cover together with other parts. The shipping cost to Canada was GBP 69 and it the other was completed. I just put a new other last week for the same cover and a couple things more and the shipping was quote the same GBP 69. I just got an email from them asking to pay an extra GBP 42 for the shipping and as an explanation I get for the increase is the size of the cover. Either the cover has growth since this summer and now I can use it to cover an SUV or the DHL increased their fees 40% ... I'm really disappointed of them and how they deal with this. They are not looking to honor what they sell on their website neither keep the customer. For sure I will not longer buy anything from them neither recommend or promote their store. Moreover, I will make sure I share this experience so everyone is aware of their policies.

Scam company

I returned a product to them. The part number matched and was supposed to fit my motorcycle. It did not. They refunded the cost of the part but not the shipping. In total I spent $257 on shipping a part around the world that didn't fit my bike because they didn't do their job correctly I'd advise against using them.

My first order with the company

Just made my first order. Really good price for the tyre and delivered to my front door in a little under 24hrs. Really helpful on the phone and took my order at the same time. Will definitely use them again 👍👏👏👏

New tyres nearly 5 years old Pirelli Angel Gt…

Ordered a pair of Pirelli Angel Gt tyres, price was really competitive and delivery was really quick. After I had fitted them I realised that the date stamps for tyres was 4 years and nearly 5 years respectively. Industry standards for tyres is classed as new up to 5 years. Emailed WOT regarding age of tyres and told they are safe to use. They did say that had I not fitted them they would have taken them back.
The tyres are fine, they scrubbed in OK and grip well in the wet and dry. Some may wonder what my beef is, well if they are close to the 5 year mark at least let us know, is this why they are competively priced?
At the end of the day if the tyres fail it is me that will be sliding down the road, not someone in an office that says the tyres are safe. Caravan tyres have to be changed after 6 years.

I can only go off what I have…

I can only go off what I have experienced and I must say they have always been very good. Parcels are packaged well, quickly dispatched and items I have ordered have been in stock. I can imagine it would be frustrating if the stock system is incorrect but it hasn't happened to me.
The standard postage can be a little pricey depending on what you're ordering (same no matter how much you spend it would seem) and it is annoying that you have to pay your own return fee if something needs sending back.
One of the parts that I ordered for a 2011 street triple 675r was absolutely pristine. Went on perfectly and the paint finish was immaculate. Absolutely no issues with the engineering or finish of the parts supplied. I have have other genuine parts from them as well that have been fit for purpose and less expensive that aftermarket parts.
I think that as a stockist of genuine Triumph parts for motorcycles of all eras they do a pretty good job in my opinion. Just check in advanced if you have concerns about stock - it's pretty simple.
I think it would help WoT if they sorted a deal out with a courier so that shipping costs were correctly calculated prior to dispatch given sizes, weight, quantity, delivery locations etc. It would also help returns for both the customer and WoT. The best way to a good business concerned with customer satisfaction is the keep the customers happy!
If you live somewhere quite remote it isn't going to be particularly easy to ship to though is it.

Ordered 3 items I needed on Tuesday…

Ordered 3 items I needed on Tuesday morning to get my Daytona back on the road at the weekend. It took 24hrs to tell me one of the items was out of stock. I replied saying send the items in stock as I needed them for the weekend or don’t send at all… They finally sent my items out Thursday evening, over 48hrs after ordering and surprise, surprise my bike won’t be on the road this weekend…
I should have listened to my mechanic and stick with Fowlers- I will from now on, lesson learned

They dont even deserve 1 star

They dont even deserve 1 star, they over charge for parts and postage, dont pick up the phone after you wait a whole week for them to get off their back sides and do their job, I suspect they just drink tea all day and chat about rubbish while taking everyone's hard earned money, they dont seem to care about customers or have any knowledge of bikes either, it's a joke.

Great experience

I knocked off the indicator of my Tiger Sport, which broke the side panel. Contacted W O T and they advised me what I needed. Ordered parts on Thursday, dispatched on Friday, received on Saturday. Five star service. Also, as I ordered the decal "just in case", I had to return this. Refund came through in 7 days. My experience with this company couldn't have been better.

Poor service and very limited…

Poor service and very limited communication on any orders placed.

I placed an order which, unknown to me, had one part that was on back order from Triumph UK. After a week of waiting I contacted them chasing my order only to be told they were waiting for this one part that would be a few more weeks! I cancelled that item and asked them to despatch the bits from my order that they had in stock. This they forgot to do as I only received an automatic notification of processing my order three days later when I again emailed to check they had posted my bits. A further two unanswered emails with me asking what service the used for despatch, ie next day etc. Eventually I phoned and was told I probably wouldn’t get it next day is it was a Saturday and would likely be Monday or Tuesday instead. Tuesday incidentally would be three weeks from when I placed my original order! Their competitors pick, pack and despatch on the same day with several email updates along the way. I’m afraid World of Triumph have a long, long way to go if they are going to compete with other suppliers. Annoyingly I only used them because their website allowed me to order the part that they didn’t actually have whereas my usual supplier has real time stock quantities and were showing out of stock.

Not sure about World of Triumph, world of pain more like. Avoid.
