I ordered 100 yellow envelopes and received 150 white envelopes of varying sizes.

I always order my products from here. Allan is absolutely amazing, always knows his stuff, samples are never to much to send out. Exactly how business should be done.

I recieved the item 14 days later even though I paid for first class delivery. After all that waiting, turns out they've sent the wrong item. Now for me to get a refund i have to use the first class signed for delivery option. Which would cost the same as the envelopes. The funny part is that they won't accept the return if the packaging is damaged, I recieved mine in a broken box with the items visible on the inside!

Fast delivery!! The packaging is all eco-friendly aswell. Eco-friendly tape and only cardboard!! No plastic. Amazing company. Keep it up

A good range of envelopes, but we've experienced a number of duds within orders (poor gumming, finishing), and customer service could be improved.

I ordered some envelopes however when I made my first order it did not seem to have gone through and I had no confirmation email so I reordered the envelopes only to find the next day that both orders had gone through. I rung customer service up and they refused to apologise and admit that there was a fault with their system. They gave me one option which was to send them back at my expense and they would issue me with a refund. I sent them back but received no refund so am now out of pocket by £20. The envelopes in the first order were also a different colour to the ones in the second order. Definitely will not order from this company again !!!

Fast delivery, good communication and very good quality card and hard backed envelopes which I needed to make and sell cards I design. Will be using again that's for sure.

Goods arrived on time and as described and adequately packaged. would certainly use this company again.

My order was for 150 small cello bags- they are fine. My issue is with delivery - I didn't need the item urgently, but was unable to get the small package delivered by Mail - 'signed for' courier delivery was the only option - way too expensive and inconvenient . The package was easily small enough to pop through the letter box and the value of the item did not warrent courier delivery.

I would have like more variation in sizes as i had to settle for a different size to what my customers wanted and also smaller quantities and individual samples should be available.

I'm a returning customer. World Of Envelopes stock a bewilderingly wide range of products. Now that I know what to look for I can navigate their shop easily. Prices are competitive cf. other stationers.

P+P costs are appropriate - for sure they package the products in a good envelope, and delivery (in my case) was next day.

I'll be back when I need more envelopes.
