They are not providing any help. My account has been frozen for over a month already, holding over £8,000 GBP.
I have sent all the requested documentation, yet they keep asking for the same documents every few days.
This is a significant amount of money for me. I cannot pay my suppliers, nor can I cover my personal expenses.
I sell using Amazon Pay (which performs KYC checks), so all payments are legitimate and verified by Amazon before they are transferred to my WorldFirst account.
I have spoken with Jacky Chong, Raja Sarah, Louise Wai, Sally Khoo, Nazran Bazlan Nawi, Fook Hao Chong, and many others, but all they say is: “wait for the relevant team”.
Over a month of waiting?!
Most other platforms offering the same service would resolve this within five days.
I cannot continue like this.
I cannot keep waiting for this so-called “relevant team.” To repeat, my payments come from a trusted platform that is a partner of WorldFirst and also verifies transactions independently.

WorldFirst has frozen my account and all my funds out of nowhere after a year of using their service. No warning, no explanation — just locked out.
Customer service keeps repeating the same line: “your account is under review.” That was more than a month ago, and I still have zero access to my money.
This is completely unacceptable. Freezing someone’s funds with no communication or timeline is beyond unprofessional. I am now preparing to take legal action to recover my money and hold them accountable.

Had a problem with receiving OTP messages but Uma from World first helped very quickly and professional without any delay or excuse. I am really happy about her service and I feel safe to stay WF.

Those guys are total fraud! they gave me fake documents regarding refunded money 1252.22 EUR and last 5 month I have been trying to locate my money. They say they reject my payment and sent it to its origin but in realty this money never sent to VRBO via Paypal Banks. Today VRBO reach out to me and they say there is no refunded money or rejecting money and they verify my account credited with full amount but instead of giving my money this frauds keep it for themselves and they fabricated story money returned to its origin because its rejected. They give me mt103 file and UETR on it FAKE. I even use it on JP Morgan Bank tracker and show no results. I do not recommend to use this fake bank they are not even bank they are just FX company who provide IBAN thats all.. stay away from this frauds
WorldFirst made the process pretty straightforward and easy to follow. The rates were decent compared to other services I looked at. Customer support was helpful when I had a question, although response times could be a little faster.

Suddenly funds are on hold. Used worldfirst for around a year to receive payments from Shopify and now they're treating me this way: they're asking for documents for almost all incoming payments from Shopify, which itself is a big headache, and even after around a week of providing docs, they're not doing anything. Funds are still on hold. I don't know what happened to them suddenly but it's been really a bad experience.

After 1 month of no response and some automated emails , they sent me a cold email that they cannot reactivate my account for a reason that known only by them , and they telling me my funds is gonna be frozen for 180days , without any explaination or any think , just because they want , u closed my account ok , but why u froze my funds for 180 days , as i sent all the proofs they ask for and i have showed all my funds source from shopify dropshipping. , my apyouts my products everything, now i make sure this is a 100% scam company

It's been three weeks and I still have absolutely NO news regarding the money that was in my account. WorldFirst hasn't given me any updates or allowed me access to my account.
I STRONGLY advise against doing business with them; they are incompetent and don't even know how to communicate with their clients.
I will be contacting the French financial authorities and all the jurisdictions where they are licensed, such as EMI.
This is utterly shameful behavior, and I urge you to return my money immediately.
