Not delivered what was ordered
I have ordered 2x150ml tubes of a product and paid for it - but what I got was just 2x10ml trial sizes.
Errors can happen - but they insisted over a couple of emails that their delivery was right ( i.e. trial sizes for the price of a regular product) - that really was trying to cheat the customer!
Finally they admitted their error, but had no regular product to fulfill the order. So they demanded a return of the trial sizes to get a refund - ridiculous!!
Let's see whether the refund will actually arrive...

This is a poorly run business.
I ordered over $100 worth of product.
They sent me the wrong one.
It took them two days to respond. Then, they told me to ship the wrong one back to them, pay for shipping, provide them with a shipping label so they could reimburse me, and send me a new product.
I did everything to get an email stating, "We don't have your product. Our system can't give you money back for shipping costs, but we will give you a small store credit."
I went to their competitors to buy what I needed.
