I don't go away very often, but I've used World First a number of times.
Several of my holidays have been quite complex, but I've always been able to get insurance that meets or exceeds my needs. The price has always been refreshingly competitive.

I like that there is a customer service advisor at the other end of the phone . I spoke to Beth and she was very helpful and very patient.

It took quite a long time to sort out our insurance but the lady on the phone remained patient and helpful and we did get the insurance sorted out to our delight.

This was the only company that would insure me with a less than 6 month prognosis. Thanks to them I managed to enjoy a wonderful cruise and I have another one booked. I had almost given up all hopes of obtaining cover.

The staff I spoke to were very helpful, I wasn't asked the same computer generated questions regarding my husband's pre existing illnesses that all the other insurers asked.They went into alot more detail and were able to give me a realistic quote ( when most companies just said they were unable to help).

I have used World First for the last 3 years as my child has a really rare condition. They have always been helpful on the phone and this year (2026) his condition was online in the drop down box! I couldn’t believe it! Made it so much easier to go through the system online and pay for the insurance! Getting insurance for a medical conditional is never easy but this was 100% easier!
