Neglected to state that dumbells were, despite being only 6KG, were the size of clown-style dumbells more suited to a comedy sketch. The size was not stated anywhere on the description, nor was it mentioned about the size of them being far larger in bulk than anyone in their right mind would expect. For reference, I have some better quality 10KG weights that are smaller. The dumbells also have some kind of liquid inside that sloshes about, funnily enough, this also was not mentioned on the description. Poor quality item. Surely, with being fitness experts, they must have some idea about consumer expectations of the products they sell? When the issue was raised, they accepted a return but refused to provide a returns label by omitting to offer one, even when requested 3 times. To return it would cost me money, and why should I pay? Had the description been correct, I would not have bought them. One star for being forced to give at least one star. I might be tempted to remove my review if I receive a postage label.....

I ordered an exercise mat from this company and, I have to say, the service was second to none. They first contacted me because they’d noticed that my address was incomplete - my error, I have no doubt - and the house name was missing! ( I live in a small village with no street names, so the house name is absolutely critical.) The error was corrected within minutes and, from then, I was kept well informed of progress of my order which arrived in very quick time. Throughout the purchase, the customer service manager was polite and utterly helpful - it just felt like nothing was too difficult.

Zac Nearney is a fantastic approachable Personal trainer at exercise for less. I would highly recommend his circuit sessions on a Wednesday evening. Zac is very friendly and gives excellent advice on all areas relating to health and fitness. He also has excellent knowledge in nutrition if you also are looking for dietary tips.

Bought myself their 2 in 1 cross trainer, better price than most places plus it came with a 12 month warranty which made the deal for me.

After about a month and a half one of the pedals broke off.
I contacted workoutforless on the Wednesday about it (after working hours) via e-mail.
Next day I received a reply saying the replacement pedal would be dispatched that day.
On the Friday I received the replacement pedal.

Can't really ask for anything more, really happy I found this website.
Will be my first place to go for fitness equipment or the like.
Definitely recommend this company to anyone!

The Reebok ZR10 cross trainer I got for Christmas is perfect. Looks great, works great - everything I expected and more. I specifically wanted a front wheel cross trainer but at a good price. This one fits the bill and has the stride motion I wanted. Delivery was within 1 day and it was very easy to set up. Definitely beats the trek to the gym.

Bought a weights set and bench which was delivered next day. Couldn't find the products cheaper elsewhere online and the guys even gave me an exta discount on my order. I'll be back for more soon. Thanks a lot!
