Nick was patient, encouraging, asked good questions, clarified what were puzzles to me, resourceful, respectful, took the time to make sure I was happy with the results.

WordPress is our rap band's blog site. We've been using it for years. The programming and data flow are logical and very user friendly. And it's almost glitch-free. A terrific experience. We highly recommend WordPress for anyone in need of a website.

If I could give less stars I would. Terrible service. Im spending almost $300 a month for email services for my company and they don't even work. Why offer a service if you can't maintain it or diagnosis issues efficiently. I'll be taking my business else where and I hope everyone avoids this terrible service.

The support offered by Wordpress has been excellent and I've got to say has exceeded my expectations, and dare I say perhaps the money I've paid for the hosting of my web page compared with my previous experience. Nick on the support team has gone above and beyond to help me set up, and as I'm a person who isn't very technically skilled that guidance, advice and practical help has been much appreciated and valued.

I have used WordPress for many years. I use it for both personal and professional websites. It’s easy to use, friendly, and adaptable. My websites look great and are safe. I’ll continue to use Wordpress.

Creating and updating in Wordpress is great. We run a simple blog and the interface, plugins and everything has become very easy to use, once we got the experience. empoweredbysilence is doing better than expected and creating content is a breeze

A family member made a website for a college class over ten years ago using Wordpress. Put a resume on it. Life goes on and they forget about the site. Now, I'm googling family members for fun and this site pops up as the first result on Google. It has sensitive PII. They want to delete the site because they now understand privacy concerns better than they did when they were in college. The thing is...the email account used to create the site no longer exists, because the family member is no longer affiliated with that college, and hasn't been for over ten years. They cannot access their Wordpress account. It simply is not possible. They also can't contact customer service because 1) Wordpress doesn't have a customer service support line and 2) Human customer service support is only available for paying customers. It is ridiculous to have to pay a company for the privilege of speaking to someone in order to get an account removed.

So they go through the AI help routes and go through all the steps Wordpress suggests. But since the email address no longer exists, it's a moot point. So they are directed to forums, where they post their issue, and are now being emailed with offers from random people, not Wordpress employees, to "assist", but they're really just trying to make a buck. That's not cool.

In an effort to protect privacy, this family member has inadvertently doxxed themselves further by bringing attention to this problem to more strangers on the internet by following Wordpress's reccomendations.

All we want to do is delete this account. Delete this website. We don't want to hide the site or set it to private. Privacy concerns are such that we want it deleted. And we can't get in touch with anyone to help.

Even without the email address attached to the account, this family member can prove that this site contains this family member's PII, and that the site belongs to this person because of the contents of the site.

I'm not a tech wizard, and neither is this family member. They were just following a class assignment for college ten years ago. They didn't really understand what they had done at the time, and it's not the kind of thing one is going to remember doing in the long term.

Why is it so hard to get in touch with someone to get this thing deleted?

We want a phone number or direct contact information for a Wordpress employee who can help us resolve this in a timely and effective manner.

The AI isn't helpful and neither were the forums or Account Recovery.

Difficult UI to navigate. WP also has several different URLs which makes the experience more cumbersome and less clear

Creating a website for any purpose is extremely easy and the problems have been virtually non-existent. I recommend WordPress to ALL friends and family.

Word Press looks difficult to manage when you first start out, but the tutorials are excellent at helping you navigate from the beginning. It has all of the tools I need, and I use it daily now and love it!

While the timing took a bit longer than expected, the end result was outstanding. I had previously used a template and created a functional site. It's never works as supposed so and it's always need something to get fix and the updates... The most stupid thing the system generated updates that basically make everything go wrong.

As a first time user of WordPress platform, I was confused from the start. It has little to the common sense of knowing how to navigate through the setup. Editing after posting was difficult, the layout was a scramble. It was not organized for editing of profile, with each section was confusing. The autoBot was not very helpful in helping to deliver the site as a blog that I needed.

Turned around the construction of an impressive website for my wife's new online ceramics business in a few days. Highly recommended, especially as it was free with an upgrade. Shows you really need an expert to do the job at the end of the day. Thank you Angelo A
